Grant was not only able to touch up the paint, but provided a complete front to back and interior/exterior service that truly revitalized it. If you’re looking for quality, look no further. He’s also detailed an Indian motorcycle (Vintage Darkhorse) that I had, helped to keep it the head-turner it was. Highly recommended.”

Scheduling, drop off, and pick up was a breeze. Shawn was always willing to move things around and make adjustments that worked for my schedule. I always felt like i was top priority.I decided to get the oxylwax treatment for under my truck and let me just say, i was extremely impressed. Not only was my service performed quickly (one day) but it came out beautifully. I now have a think rich even coat of protection for these salty sand wet roads we have here in New England. Very professional and patient (thanks Matt) so that you understand the process and all your pricing options. He also listens to make sure all your questions are answered and that any concerns…if any, are addressed. Communication is second to none which extends well after the service. That kind of service doesn’t seem to happen much these days. Office and shop are neat, clean and organized…which says a lot to me. Our new car looks amazing after being Ceramic Coated and looks better and better every day the more we look at it. “I wish I had taken before pictures! Here’s the situation: We have a Great Dane and if you’re familiar with the breed you know how much they drool. Thing is, the drool didn’t bother me much, so it just got caked and crusted on the interior and exterior of my car over the course of 6 years, until one fateful day she decided to take a number 2 in the back seat. I cleaned it out as best I could but I don’t have the tools to do that kind of job so I brought it here. They were very honest with me about the work it would take to get the job done satisfactorily, and while it was slightly more costly than I hoped, it was really my own fault for letting it get so bad (also my dogs short hair weaves into fabrics and gets everywhere which takes a lot of time to remove). Jump to the conclusion: I was blown away by the condition of my car when I went to pick it up. You wouldn’t even be able to tell a dog was ever in my car, and the entirety of the car has never been so clean! Thanks for the excellent work and I’ll see you all in the spring for a touch up!”

“"First time customer. Detail.com arranged for USA Detail in central Massachusetts (Marlborough/Worcester??) to service my car. I believe this Yelp page is for the same company. Rodrigo did an absolutely amazing job, inside and out. With 97000 miles on my car, I never thought it would look this way again. He even was able to remove the upholstery stains from a couple of coffee spills and my carsick dog! I could have spent $30.00 less elsewhere, but I would have been stranded there for hours, and I doubt I would now have a cleaner car. Instead, I was able to enjoy the day with my wife and dog. Priceless. Kudos to Rodrigo. I looked out my window periodically and could tell he was working very hard. He also explained (with a handy, fast translation app) everything he would do and answered all my questions. He's an asset to the company and appeared to be very well trained. I highly recommend asking for Rodrigo with Detail.com and USA Detail. Some negative reviews may have been due to the individual tech or an office out of state. The reviews for Massachusetts mostly seem to be from very happy customers like me.”

“Highly recommend! I brought my car to the Westborough location to see Vito a number of times and each time my vehicle is spotless. He does a thorough job and gets into every nook and cranny when he details a vehicle. I usually get an exterior detail with clay bar to remove the tiny rust spots all over my white jeep. My car is usually in rough shape from the winter and now looks brand new. I’ve been to other detailing places that were cheaper, but the attention to detail was lacking. It’s pricey, but absolutely worth it!! Not only will you not regret it, but I guarantee you’ll be a returning customer. Vito is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I recently met the manager Jeff and I have to say, besides being extremely handsome, is a stand up guy. He takes great care of this place. I can tell he puts his heart and soul into this immaculate facility. It's obvious that he takes immense pride in his job, his staff and the atmosphere at this location. It's better to avoid holidays and it's best to go there during weekdays when you can wash your car they way you want. They have decent packages.”
