I am a currrent customer with a business account and wanted to update my phone and get a quote for three lines moving forward. They couldn’t product a printout detailing the costs so that I could review before going forward. I tried over a two week period to get information on paper or send me an email with the details. Deplorable costumer service, unfortunately taking my business elsewhere.

Very happy with the service at this Verizon location. I’ve stopped in 3x since March and each time was great. Today I needed a new screen protector and had a billing issue that I tried to resolve myself last month with Verizon customer service over the phone, and I was told it was resolved but it wasn’t. Jorge at this location helped me actually resolve this billing issue once and for all, and perfectly installed the new screen protector. Thank you! I will encourage friends and family to this Verizon location

I was looking to upgrade my phone and tried doing it online with a customer service person and the person was not very patient when I wanted to understand each plan and what the actual bill would be for each plan because I would be stuck with it for 36 months if I wanted to leverage the promotion Verizon was advertising. I was dreading going into a store but decided to go to Verizon in North Grafton.
When I got there it was pretty busy, but Lilly made sure to address everyone that walked in and let them know she would be with them as soon as she could. Lilly then proceeded to get multiple people taken care of with amazing customer service while she was waiting for phone transfers etc. Lilly, knowing I am on a tight budget helped me find a plan that worked for me, helped me transfer everything over , a few days later assisted with getting the correct credit applied to my account and also made some recommendations on how I could save money in other areas.
In a world where customer service has gone out the window this was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this store!

Richard at the North Grafton store has always been efficient and very patient with this old lady. Prior staff at that location have been patronizing, not Richard.

I need it phone upgrade, I went to Verizon store Auburn location. I was greeted by Verizon rep Austin.
During the whole process, there were so many technical difficulties, but, Austin was very professional very knowledgeable, no BS and very patient. I highly recommend Verizon store Auburn location, ask for Austin. 5⭐️

What incredible customer service. I stopped in briefly after purchasing a new car. Unfortunately my vehicle didn’t have the correct cable that I needed for my iPhone. The sales rep went out of his way to help rectify the situation. He literally went into my car and tried to connect my phone, which unfortunately did not work and then proceeded to go back into the store looking for the correct cord (even going in the back and searching store inventory for a smaller cord). Once purchased, the sales rep followed me to my car to set up my Apple CarPlay. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but I would love to give a huge shout out to him and to the staff at the Grafton Verizon. This is Exemplary customer service!
