Time and again no-one is answering the phone. Online Big Y pharmacy doesn't have the answers or actions we need. I'd like to see some improvements so that we can keep Big Y as our pharmacy.

I'm so surprised to see negative reviews of this pharmacy. It has great service and friendly, smart pharmacists. I had no problem calling and reaching a human. I get my vaccines here as well and it is a well run program.
