“I was in Petco looking for my cat's favorite treat, but could not find it. When I asked at the checkout counter, the staff person quickly looked at an inventory list and said there should be some on the shelf. Then, he went to where they were and brought them back to me. He did all of these interactions cheerfully and respectfully. I was very pleased with him. In an often cold, indifferent world, he was a day brightener, and I left the store happily feeling that some people do enjoy their work, and care about the service they provide. He'll do well whatever else he does in the coming years.”
