“So at first I was very stressed out about getting a rental as my car was hit while parked and the other parties insurance was only going to cover up to 35$ a day which left me in a small car/sedan when im used to a mid size SUV. However, the associate Nick whom also picked me up from the Collison repair shop noticed that I drove a larger car and was able to give me an upgrade at no cost to me! He was extremely nice, helpful, and professional which made this experience alot less stressful! The location was also very clean and he was able to get to me and everyone else's needs quickly. I was impressed with the time management as he was the only person on staff at this time.”
