When he needed a certain part that was unavailable for 2 weeks, he went above and beyond to find the part, calling in favors at 4 different places to get it in less than 2 days instead of waiting for 2 weeks. “We were in the middle of an eight hour road trip and got a hole in the sidewall of our tire, which was unfixable. We limped in with 8 lbs of air in the tire and Ken found us a good used tire at a great price and half an hour later we were on our way. Great service, friendly attentive helper and a super price. “My car lost its brakes in Greenfield while traveling from CT to VT. Scott at Koch's told me he would take a look and see what he could do. All others either didn't answer their phone or told me it would be a week before it could be assessed. My car was towed to his shop that afternoon. He was able to repair my brake lines and called me the following AM telling me the car was ready. The price was quite fair, actually less than the earlier quote.
He and his staff are indeed all that is claimed in other reviews. Polite, professional, compassionate, personable, all of which are seldom found in business today. You can add trustworthy to the list following my experience at Koch's!

“I was 150 miles from home with a Chevy Bolt that wouldn’t charge. On Christmas. You can well imagine I wasn’t all that happy to be a patron would be an understatement. I was thrilled they had an appointment the week between the holidays. When I called, Dave was very patient with my anxious self on the phone, and I appreciated that he was honest with me about some potentially terrible news. Straight shooter.
When I got to the shop, the service manager, I think his name is Matt was great. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. I learned a lot about local
hunting laws listening to the conversation. Nice folks. Matt was so nice that he ran over to the service area to get my earbuds for me, in December, without a coat!
They were able to get me on the road in about three hours. Fully covered by warranty. If I lived locally I’d be thrilled to give them my business.”
