I'd HOPE Your experiences are better than mine have been. I, unfortunately, have prescription needs, and, as of late, this pharmacy is closer than any other place I can find. I have been to other places like this, but this place is open (almost) 24 hours, the pharmacy closes for lunch at 1:30; I get that people need to eat. I am surprised that they changed their system, now its call and leave a message, but even when I show up in person, I feel like I am made to wait; I had 3 prescriptions to pick up, they kept telling me my prescriber had to send it, I find out the prescription was sent the 8th, but it wasn't filled, even on the day it was due, I showed up the day AFTER he said he'd sent in, they say "We delete multiple prescription requests." I would THINK that they would UPDATE their information, and UPDATE THE DATE PRESCRIPTIONS ARE RESENT, so maybe the employees can SEE that the day it is sent, is the day it was to be filled. I also get told, bimonthly, I need to have a certain prescription PREAUTHORIZED, due to their ignorance or mistake on this, I was out of my meds for 2 weeks, causing me to have to ration other medications so I didn't have a physiological 'withdrawal', as I have had since this has happened MORE THAN ONCE. I cannot keep pain under control if I have to ration my medication because my PHARMACY can't or won't fill it, always putting my doctors' office, or the Federal government, as the reasons behind their inability to do their job; they have, VERY RARELY, admitted they've had to ORDER more medications because they had none in stock to fill prescriptions for that medication, but now I think they use the doctor and government as the scapegoat because someone can't get the ordering right - speculating, but that is my humble idea of what is happening. I would like to go elsewhere, but Walmart is too damn big, and I don't want to have to see too many people when I have medical needs, I'd prefer to see them when I am more sociable, (which is never, at this point).

I am so disappointed in CBS, the people they have today, every night I go, I ask them something and they come out with great disgust, definitely Personal, we are going to buy there so you also have a job for the customers, you respect your clients because it is really disappointing to get there and have them see you as something there is a lady right now in front who is disgusting too much if it weren't for the clients they didn't have the jobs I don't know why Seville is always

Absolutely pitiful Pharmacy Staff, rude, will straight up ignore the line that’s at the desk to stand there and chit chat amongst each other about their kids sports games, and what their spouse is making for supper. It shouldn’t take several hours for an URGENT ORDER to be filled. The older gentleman who works in the pharmacy is a complete idiot and needs to work on his bedside manner with customers when they ask for help picking out cold medicine.

I am impressed by how clean and organized this store was. We came in to use the bathroom (which was open to the public, incredibly nice!) and the staff was friendly and helpful. Bought some cold products and everything was well stocked.

I’ve never dealt with such rude employees. It’s like you are bothering them. When you go to the drive through they can barely open the window and then tell you they can’t hear you.
Rude Staff

Thieves! Would not refund money for a product I had just bought. Said they needed an I.D. to complete the refund. I didn't have an I.D. with me. I literally never left the cash register. I then asked for a manager. She also said she would not refund my money without an I.D. Not everyone has an I.D. This can only be described as theft. Will never shop there again.

I can not complain about cvs’s actual store part because it has never given me any trouble. I go in and grab what I need and check my self out at the self check out. BUTTT THE PHARMACY is a whole issue in its self. I have never spoken to such miserable, rude, selfish, negative….etc people in my life!!!! I dread even calling or going to the pharmacy!! They just talk and treat you like your trash and a waste of time. I mean come on!! People go to pharmacy’s to get their prescriptions for their medical care. This needs to be dealt with…actually dealt with because I know tons of my own co-workers who have experience the same issues as me and have called corporate and clearly it’s still happening.

The man who runs the early mornings always puts the phone right next to the keyboard so all u hear is his hard typing and can never find my prescription, I always have to call later when they have someone else there.

The store itself I can’t comment on due to never shopping there but, the pharmacy is a whole different store! This pharmacy is by far the worst one I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve went to many Cvs pharmacies with no issue. They are always understaffed and rude from my experience. As a customer we have certain medications that we need on time and this pharmacy hasn’t ever given me the medication I need on time or without issues like waiting 5-7 hours forThem to fill it. I tried to stick it out but it’s not worth it, if you want a reliable, easy and friendly pharmacy this isn’t the one!

Chronically understaffed [mismanaged] location, which is a shame.
