I agree with all the negative reviews. This pharmacy is not helpful, they are inconsiderate to the needs of the patient, rude and unwilling to assist. I make multiple visits regularly to have prescriptions filled. Last time I was told, "it's not in stock but when I asked another technician (on the same day and within minutes), she looked around at unopened boxes and there it was. I'm moving as many prescriptions as possible to another provider.

Rude pharmacy staff during every interaction. No one ever picks up the phone. Currently on hold for more than 30 minutes. They never automatically refill scripts anymore and calling to have them refilled can take all day. I've been coming here for 20+ years and within the past several years it has gone downhill. We have since changed pharmacies but have a couple that are still filled here. I do not recommend this place.

Nice enough staff but the pharmacy really needs to pull it together. Prescriptions called in by doctor that should take two hours take a day and a half. Refills that are supposed to be available by 1pm aren’t ready at 3….”we’ll expedite, it will be 20 minutes” - more like 50! I feel like this is ALL the time- seriously, at the very least the last 3 times I’ve been here to pick up monthly prescriptions. I count 7 staff behind that counter and they’ve told the last 6 customers they’ll “expedite “ theirs as well - come on now. I will now drive 15 minutes out of my way to transfer my prescriptions.Adding an edit and dropping a star- after 50 minutes I inquiry and they tell me the medication is “now out of stock”! No apologies and they suggest “I” call around to see if other locations have any!! There goes an hour of my afternoon ??♀️

Extremely rude and unprofessional pharmacy staff 11/17/23 as I’m waiting with my fiancé to get his medicine I can visibly see a woman with long black hair give the nastiest facial expressions she was rolling her eyes sighing and was so impatient with customersI watched another girl so miserably talking to people at front counter rude to people who didn’t deserve it every customer was being nice.Another girl was treating us like it was our fault when there was a situation and was very inconsiderate and had no care. We were being nice just confused they were tired of it. They should all be talked to.

I get it, the pharmacy staff is probably overworked and underpaid but that is a corporate problem and if they want to stay in business they better fix it. As others have said, they don't auto refill prescriptions anymore. On the day they should be filled they show as "in process" and will stay that way until you call and say, when is this going to be ready? My rx has been "in process" for 3 days and I need it! I've called 3 times today, staying on hold for 30 min each time. But here is the biggest problem: on the day they are SUPPOSED to fill it, THEY CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE!!! HOW IS THIS LEGAL?? Now, I can't get my doctor to call it into another pharmacy because my insurance just paid for it at CVS! I'm calling the MA Attorney General's office tomorrow. This is the third time they've done this to me so it is clearly company policy. I'm moving all my RXs to a local pharmacy. ???

Pharmacy Staffing is inadequate. It has reached the point where I have to go to the pharmacy to get prescriptions filled as they otherwise end up in an "In Process" state for 5 or more days and I run out of medication. If it continues I will move to a non-CVS pharmacy.

There are a few nice people that work in the pharmacy… otherwise, expect to be met with a lot of dead air and one word responses. The majority of pharmacy staff here is exceptionally unhelpful and rude.

This store should be shut down! The worst Experience with a CVS ever in my life! You can’t get anyone to answer the telephones in less than an hour then all you hear is excuses as to why . Not only that but their ONE job is dispensing medicine, now they can’t even do that, they are constantly out of meds without a real explanation!

The worst CVS pharmacy ever! They are never ready with your prescriptions and the best they do is to make sure you wait 30 minutes to get them, this is if you are Lucky!

I just called to get the status of a prescription. Whoever I spoke to was very quick and unfeeling. I explained I was going away on vacation and needed the prescription. Clearly she didnt care and would not go the extra step to ensure I had my prescription on time. Very dissappointing to have to deal with such an obtuse individual.

Dyan, the pharmacist is the most rudest manager I have ever met at a CVS. I hope that I can reach out to someone higher like corporate to discuss. This disgusting behavior in her she does not care about people and laughs when you can’t afford, Madison should be fired.
