“My mom has been the bakery manager at this store location since mid-2019. And I absolutely love coming here. Store is always clean, very friendly staff. And they are a pleasure to be around and to talk to. Anytime I would come and see my mom , I would do a little bit of shopping and never have an issue finding what I want or need.”
“I visited Trader Joe’s last night and had a disappointing checkout experience. The cashier, Ron, didn’t greet me, and the interaction already felt cold. When he asked if I wanted a bag and I said yes, I made a light joke and said, “I guess I could carry it myself,” expecting a small laugh or at least a neutral response. Instead, he responded coldly and rudely, doubling down on the comment rather than keeping it light.
I’ve worked in customer service for nearly 17 years, so I understand everyone has off days. But tone matters.
A simple greeting or even just neutral professionalism would have been fine. What stood out was the unnecessary attitude.
I genuinely enjoy shopping here, which is why this was disappointing. The little things …especially how we speak to people - make a big difference.
Still 5 stars because I fw Trader Joe’s.”

“I LOVE shopping at Patels. This grocery store offers a variety of multicultural options and the prices are beyond reasonable. Very kind and compassionate staff working there and will help you right away if you are unsure what items there are and where they are located. Everyone works together there and meets customers where they are at! It’s quite a personalized experience! The spices are the BEST here. Produce is always organized and stocked well. Healthy foods and there’s even a little snack bar to purchase the tastiest appetizers! It’s delicious and now I’m getting hungry for some more of those vegetable puffs and samosas and other bites! Kind staff able to answer questions if unsure what’s inside but you WON’T be sorry for stopping by there to get a taste! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this store to EVERYONEEEE!!!!!!”

“I got my son’s birthday cake at BJs and I love the way they did the lettering. I didn’t ask for it that way but last year it didn’t come out the best penmanship so I was worried but when I picked it up it looked great! I decorated it myself with crushed up Oreos as the dirt & put the trucks I got as cake toppers off Amazon myself! The cake was delicious, fresh & moist! I had a lot of left overs and still almost a week later it’s still delicious. I also love their trays of the variety cookies I get every year too!”

“This Whole Foods is a pleasure to shop at. The aisles are wide the store is huge. The produce is usually fantastic. Employees are helpful and courteous. The pastry chefs at the bakery, know their stuff. They also have an easy Amazon returns station. And that is why this location gets five out of five stars from me.”
“Very good bakery muffins. Some things are a bit more expensive than other grocery stores, but the better variety of items makes it worth paying a little extra to get everything all in one place. I like them better than most of the other grocery stores nearby.”
