“This is my go-to local hardware store. They have a little bit of everything. I buy 20-pound bags of black oil sunflower seeds at a good price to feed birds. They have a great selection of lightbulbs. Seeds for spring planting. Potting soil. It's a great place to refill your LPG tanks. The staff is friendly and helpful. You can order ahead and enjoy curbside pickup.”

“My Husband and I shop here often. We shop local as often as we can. All of the staff are knowledgeable about the products and the location. If they don't have what you need, they will order it if they can. Apple Meadow offers other services like sharpening your gardening tools, door and window screen replacements and so much more. Tell them about your project as there will always be an opinion. And then there is Alan in the paint department. Everyone you talk to in town, including contractors, will always recommend that you speak to Alan for your paint, stain and sealing projects. You won't be disappointed.”
“I’ve been living in the area for more than two decades and it has always been a pleasant experience for me there. Staff is all polite and helpful, I actually received a wonderful service from this young black man with glasses(should have asked for his name!). He was not only very knowledgeable and helpful, he went above and beyond and replaced my license plate for me. New screws for replacing my license plate was one of the things I needed to get at the store. He was so very kind and his customer service skill was exceptional. Thank you so much and I highly recommend this hardware store if you need anything!!”

Doug went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed including a snow shovel on the off season that wasn't on the floor and went to the back to dig one out of storage for me !! Hands down best hardware store experience I've ever had . Also I go to fill my propane and the gentleman that fills them for me is always a joy and also has excellent customer service. Ensuring my custom tanks are cared for and filled correctly . 10 out of 10 !”

We soon discovered a wasps nest near their dugout so my husband headed to Home Depot South Nashua, which was closed at the time. “I bought a Craftsman table saw, but when I got it home, I found multiple parts to be missing from the box. Needless to say, I wasn't thrilled, but upon returning it, the customer service associate Kathy, turned my negative experience into a very positive one. She was kind, patient, understanding and very helpful. She aided me in exchanging my faulty table saw for a brand new one and even inspected the box with me to make sure it had all the required parts. It was much appreciated!”
“I was very impressed with the employees here. I shopped on 5/7/2024. Devon helped me throughout my shopping experience. He was helpful and pleasant as I finished my list of items. I then checked out in the garden center because it was cooler. I was second in line behind a customer who was slightly upset and insulted the man in the booth. He apologized over and over and kept his composure. I was also helped by the paint department who helped me with a certain stain color that I needed. Way to improve your customer service! Great job”

“At my previous visit to the store, I noticed they now offer knife sharpening. Today, I took all of my knives of various sizes to have Ace sharpen them. They did a marvellous job. After testing each of them at home, they are sharper than every, like new. I recommend this service, and the store generally, where everyone seems helpful, but not overly so. Love going here.”
