“I don't think I've ever encountered such kind and empathetic people during a car crisis throughout my life. I had quite an insane situation that happened to me on a Friday afternoon on the way to my brother's wedding where at one point I got a flat tire. Triple A towed me to this place and these guys were genuinely good people who helped me out through a time of high stress and craziness. Most garages get a reputation of trying to rip people off, but I can with full honesty say everything I experienced here was the complete opposite of that. God bless this place.”

“Henry was a life saver! I was two hours from home and my front right strut broke. I took my tacoma to Henry's after being denied by another garage that wouldn't even look at my truck to tell me if it was drivable. Henry took one look at the undercarriage and new what happened. He and his receptionist, Brooke, called several people trying to find the part I needed and eventually found one to get me on the road within a few hours. They were both kind and understanding. I felt like part of the family. If I didn't live so far away, I would be using them regularly. Thank you guys so much!”

“They always do a great job, and they are always friendly. The only issue is they always forget to put the tire valve-stem caps back on after checking the air pressure on the tires. Not a major problem, but always a nuisance every time.”

“Above and beyond! Eddie to the rescue, literally. My car wouldn't start at 4:30 on Friday while parked at a store in town. After 3 failed jumps we called AAA for a tow (and a 90 minute wait...). I called Eddie to see what time the shop closed and instead of saying see you tomorrow, he asked where I was and immediately drove down to meet me to see if he could get it started. He knew all the tricks, got it started somehow, drove it back to his shop to fix it and it was ready first thing the next day. Unbelievable service from a mechanic who is honest and cares about his customers. Thank you!”

This past visit was Sun Sept 1st (Labor Day Weekend) and he wasn’t bothered to be there. As customers, we felt valued and that our experience there mattered. It is common to feel the opposite lately at a lot of places, but not here.
