“I really wanted to like this place, they were super easy to get a hold of and fast to get an appointment. I felt a little uncomfortable when I originally tried on the dress that I got altered and I felt self conscious with the types of questions that I was asked. I have recently lost a lot of weight and I felt ashamed.
When I picked up the dress, there was not much done to it and the dress could have been taken in about 2 inches more on both sides. A hefty price for little to no change.
Sorry to them but I will look elsewhere when I need alterations in the future.
Update :
The owner (Lauren) reached out to me shortly after my trip and offered to take a second look.
She took my dress back and altered it in 24 hours.
It fit so much better and I really appreciate that she checked in with me.
I would definitely go back to Lauren with my future altering needs.
It's nice to know when people care and they make good on their word.
