Really fun place I love to climb but it would be better if there was hand chalk!!

Had to reach someone, No way to contact anyone on phone. NOT okay with me as a parent. Heaven forbid an emergency arises no way to reach our son.

After 4 years of membership I can say they generally are not friendly or accommodating. Its a good gym but the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced in and gym in my life.
