Eastern Mountain Sports is a small shop compared to other outdoor shops. It offers a selection of climbing gear and socks, but its online shop has a dismal selection. They say the staff is helpful, friendly, and provides great service when picking items like roof storage boxes or kayaks. The experience is amazing and the staff goes above and beyond.

Izador was super helpful picking my roof storage box and even helped me carry it out and showed me how to install it. Great service.

Me and my brother just recently bought kayak from here and had an amazing experience. Ian was a extremely knowledgeable and helpful, Ryan as well. They both went above and beyond. I will definitely be back in and those two should he put up for a promotion or a raise.
