Pre-Christmas shopping with friends. Enjoy their products, their store layout, their knowledgeable and friendly staff and their sales events. Their return policy is wonderful. Bought flannel and corduroy shirts with jeans.

First time in an actual L.L. Bean store. Store is clean and well-stocked. Bought a couple of winter jackets. Very happy with my purchases. Wish they had a branch in Texas.
