“We’ve been bringing our puppy to Valley Vet since his first visit. While he hasn't been sick sick yet (aside from the neuter surgery), so I can’t speak deeply on complex medical cases, I am very impressed with the practice so far:
1. Seamless Communication: Their email system is incredibly efficient. Whether I'm scheduling an appointment, requesting an invoice, or asking a quick health question, they respond promptly. This level of accessibility solves 99% of pet parent anxiety!
2. Attentive Staff: Both the front desk and the doctors are very kind. I especially appreciate that they follow up with you after sick visits to check on your pet's progress.
3. Availability & Cleanliness: The facility is clean. Because they have many doctors on site, I’ve found it easy to book a sick appointment within just a few days.
While the doctor visit fees is higher than other local clinics...you definitely get what you pay for here”

“Hess McWilliams has been a God send. For a new farmer they have provided so much assistance, tips, advice, and worked above and beyond for every animal every time called on. They follow up and respond days and weeks after the visit. I was getting answers and support from a vet on vacation! The whole team, Dr. Hess, McWilliams, Barstow, and Latham have all worked with me at various times, and they are all wonderful, knowledgeable, and very supportive!”

“The techs and vets at south deerfield vet are amazing.
I have a fear reactive 85 pound german shepherd mix.
They have been able to cater to her needs and word around her triggers amazingly.
There was no judgment around her reactivity, even though on her first appointment she was lunging and growling like a crazy animal ?
They obviously kept their distance when handling her at first since.. She’s a big dog and was acting aggressively!
However I informed them of her triggers and how to gain her trust (Cheese!) and once her triggers were removed it went much better.
They have a chill protocol for her and it works wonderful, and every appointment they have been amazing about avoiding her triggers.
I could not recommend them more, especially if you have a reactive animal!”
“If you live in Western Massachusetts this is the best veterinarian around. My furbaby was very sick. She was unable to stand up. We called our regular vet they said it would be several days before they could get her in. We called Dr Katz and they were able to see her in just a few short hours. We found out she has Lyme disease.Thanks to Dr Katz she is getting back to herself.The staff was extremely friendly too! I would recommend this veterinarian to anyone who loves their furbaby as much as we love ours.”

I brought my dog so I can know why she was not herself. Because Westbrook veterinarians, didn't do the job. Westbrook formally was litchenberg veterinary hospital. I was very emotional learning that my dog I had for 8yrs. Had to be put down. The staff at the integrity veterinary clinic were all very understanding and professional. They helped me at this very difficult time. This is for integrity veterinary center 318 pleasant st.”

“My dog went here her whole life. From routine check ups to injuries and illness this Vet was amazing! I’ve had other dogs and other vets in the past, and I didn’t really understand what a difference a good one made, until the dogs really needed it. They spend time with your animal, they don’t just hand you a menu of tests and prices. They respect your wishes when the dog is older and the treatment you want is palliative. So many vets feel like going to a mechanic who wants to sell you fixes your pet doesn’t really need just to make a buck. Not here. They were honest about options and prices and made time in emergencies. My boxer Rory ended up with a degenerative spinal disease in the end, and they really supported me in giving her the best quality of life possible for as long as possible while being completely realistic about what would happen. I’m so grateful and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Thank you! From the bottom of my heart.”
“Wonderful staff..Dr Jurk is so smart, gentle, and professional. My dog was calmed down by the doctor and the technician in such a compassionate manner. PJ at the front desk is so kind and personable..even cleaned up after my dog had an accident. Jodie is also very attentive. The office is amazing, having such a peaceful feeling about it. Purple accents surround by soft yellow and open natural light .. beautiful place. Much thanks to the doctor and her team?”

“Cat had thorough exam, some testing to be done. Tests and cost for same explained. Was given option to do, partially do or none at all. Dr and assistant polite and caring. Easy location to find and ample parking. Arrived early for appointment but was seen immediately.”
“It's homey, quaint and full of kimd people! Quick response, emergency visits and VERY reasonable pricing! Took amazing care of my pup who has been having hip issues. They didn't force expensive procedures or nickle and dime me with unnecessary treatment! My cat had an emergency resulting in an urgent need for an ASAP appointment, they got me in 20 minutes after my frantic phone call. Got him evaluated, shaved, xrays, and stitches all within two hours of me dropping him off! Gave me an estimated cost beforehand and offered several options in case budgeting was an issue! I cannot recommend them enough! (I was sent there by the animal control officer of Granby MA! Makes sense they'd be amazing!)”
