“My three girls are pleased with the care they receive from Dr Ricksgers and her staff! They are kind, gentle, and thoughtful with the cats and even my very nervous girl was not a wreck when she got home after her visit. Dr Ricksgers answered every question I asked, and it feels conversational rather than strictly medical, which I appreciate. During my visits, I seemed to be the only client scheduled at that time, so it was very personal and my cats had the doctor's undivided attention. The prices are very reasonable and comparable to most places in the area, and the exams are very thorough. The visit report cards are a nice touch, very cute, and have the important highlights for the visit for me to take home. I'd recommend The Cat Hospital to anyone whose cats deserve the best (which is all cats 😊)”

“I transferred my dog here after Valley Vet was sold to VetCor and they jacked up their prices. I compared prices with NVC initially for about eight different items I'd been billed for, and NVC was cheaper - often much cheaper - than Valley Vet on each of them. But most importantly, you do not lose an iota on skill level - all the vets at NVC are of the highest quality. And the facility is clean and friendly and staff is highly responsive. Could not recommend more.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Florence Animal Clinic. Both Dr. Lorenzo and Dr. Kefer are truly wonderful. I’ve trusted them with the care of multiple cats. They are knowledgeable, compassionate, and thoughtful in how they approach treatment. They take the time to explain options, answer questions, and make sure you feel supported every step of the way. I also really appreciate their judgment and honesty. When something requires more specialized attention, they’re thoughtful about referring out rather than trying to do everything in-house, which speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to what’s best for the animal. The staff is equally fantastic: kind, responsive, and clearly dedicated to both pets and their people. It’s rare to find a clinic where medical excellence and genuine warmth come together so consistently. Highly recommend.”
