“I purchased 4 new tires and added the Lifetime Road Hazard Guarantee, they advertise that if a flat can’t be fixed the tire would be replaced at no cost to me. Well there still is a cost, they charge for balancing, which was surprising after everything I read on their website. Otherwise 5 star, they lived up to the guarantee that I paid for.”

“my car was on drive way for five months , I had tire monitor system alarm, no pressure shown front left tire , but there is pressure in it, breaks works funny and unsafe with noise. I called Michael Babin to service. I trusted him always. I picked McLaughlin as car service 4-5 years ago, because one of my friend advised me to go talk with Michael. even the service far from my house, I have been coming here , since then. he is Great Manager, very pleasant servis he provides us

They quickly diagnosed the issue, explained their findings, and provided the necessary paperwork to resolve it. (A competitor had improperly installed the new tires and damaged the pressure sensors.)

“I tried to get into the Rockland location with a flat tire (running on spare). That location was full up and I was referred to the Abingdon location by Joe (awesome solution and well handled).
I contacted Abington and Ian Was extremely helpful on the phone. I ran over over and dropped the rim and flat off so they could get the tire mounted and make the next visit quick.
The tire took a day to get in (No problem!), Ian Said I could drop by in an hour. I opted to wait another day so I could coordinate my work obligations.
I called this morning and got a 10:30 AM time slot.
I waited while they installed the wheel and put away my spare. Average wait time and the job was completed as expected.
I believe the world is not perfect. The entire staff did an outstanding job. They Identified my needs and delivered excellent customer service, All whilst being in a non perfect world. It's all how you handle the minor delays etc.

“I had such an amazing experience at Everett’s Auto Parts! At the last minute, I lost air in my tire and stopped by hoping for help. They were able to get me an extremely affordable tire and had it put on so quickly truly the best experience I’ve ever had.
That day I had my 3-year-old son with me (I’m a single mom), and he fell asleep in the car right before we got there. When I went inside carrying him, the woman in the sales shop immediately told me to sit and relax while she brought over a representative to help me. I was so touched by their kindness.
Then, when I went across the street to get the tire put on, Danielle, the tire center manager, was absolutely amazing. She was so patient and helpful while I tried to take care of my tired, cranky little one. Danielle is a great leader and made a stressful situation so much easier for me.
