Gas prices throughout the chain fluctuate between competitive & are-you-crazy with little consistency from location to location. This one usually is closer to reasonable than not. $0.10/gal discount if you sign up for their card, which is tied to your checking. Works as a debit card at the pump & in the store.”

“Mike and Sons Oil have been helping me since the move to my first home. Their customer service is amazing. Whenever we've had trouble with the furnace or hot water, they've been able to diagnose the problem and correct the issue in a timely and efficient manner. Big thanks to Pat and his team who particularly helped me out in two different scenarios. We were struggling to fix the hot water pressure in the latest one, and the plumber that we called said to call our "oil guy". Despite our unique set up and the fact that we had an unusual problem with the furnace, Pat and his team were able to identify the problem and fix it in a few hours. “I’m usually not one to write reviews, but quality and honest work is something that is very hard to come by and deserves every ounce of recognition possible. My car has seen more than its fair share of cold and salty winters, so it was due for some brake work. I went elsewhere for quotes, namely some corporate auto shops…absurd up-selling, exaggeration of issues, and above all else astronomical quoting. As someone who is pretty knowledgable about cars, I could smell these corporate chains just going after the money…I brought my car to Ed’s as a work-in and within a couple of hours, I had all new rotors, pads, and even cleaned and regressed calipers that were frozen or sticking! The best of all was the price…nearly 1/3 that of what other places were trying to sell me. Needless to say, Ed’s will have both my girlfriend and I’s business for as long as we’re in the area. It’s not often you find an honest and reliable mechanic that you can wholeheartedly trust to only do what is necessary and not try to rob you of your money, but also to do so while being the friendliest of people. “I had something going on with my car that other mechanics could not identify. I brought the car here in September and they were great. Not only were they able to fix the problem, they did it faster than the estimated time. They called when there was something that wasn't identified when I dropped the car off to be sure it was OK with me that they do the work. Everyone in the shop was friendly and knowledgeable. Fast forward to November 11th and one of my high beam lights was not working. My husband bought a bulb and tried to change it. Anyone who has a Subaru knows that it's not straight forward to change a bulb. So, I brought it to Route 114 Sunoco without an appointment on a Saturday and asked if they could get it fixed that day. I said I could leave the car. Kamil was wonderful! He came to my car and checked it out. He said he would do it while I waited. It was done so quickly and Kamil didn't charge me. “The service here was very professional. I tried calling, left a message to request appointment for oil change. I then went over and was told they could service the car while I waited. Although it seemed to be a busy Saturday, every employee took the time to ask “ How can I help you?”

“Like everyone else's family, we live at an insane pace, shuttling kids all over planet Earth to events, sports, etc. we tend to postpone necessary car maintenance until it reaches crisis level. Our minivan was on the brink of disaster last Monday morning . My steering wheel was shaking so badly, I knew that I could not wait another minute to get repaired. Who do we all call to reverse the damage that our negligence causes? You know it: get JJ Gianakakis at John's Auto in Ipswich, Massachusetts on the phone! I knew my request was nearly impossible, but I told JJ my problem. He directed me to drop my van off immediately at his shop. “On January 1st I was driving from Boston to Portland and made a stop at the Gulf Gas Station at 160 Andover St, Danvers, MA 01923 to rest and put gas on my vehicle.After resting and putting gas, I went to wash my face at the restoring and continued my journey. It was only after n January 5th that o noticed that I didn’t have my wallet on me. I looked everywhere and couldn’t find it, let alone think that I could’ve dropped it somewhere. So, I flown back to my destination, which is 8 hours away, believing I lost my wallet.However, I had an instant thought that I could’ve dropped it when I stopped at the gas station, so I went to my credit card payment history and there was the merchant’s address. The phone number there led me to to the central customer service for gulf and after a few unsuccessful tries, o though of looking up the address on google which then gave me the local gas station’s number. I called and was greeted by a man I see as my guardian angel, named Sahin. Sahin asked my full name and address so he could verify my identity from the ID on my wallet and confirmed they had it there waiting for someone to call or get there to retrieve. You cannot imagine how relieved I was after he assured me that we would do everything to get me my wallet. He even mentioned that there was money inside and they will make sure it is secured. I asked him to keep the money as my token of gratitude but he refused and simply asked me to do good to others to. Those words highly resonated with me and made me happy nice more believe that there is still good people in this country and the world. My thanks to Javi, the owner of the business who suggested a FedEx delivery service and said they had be across the street. I sent an envelop with a returning one and in less than 5 days I had my wallet with me and I thank God all went well.Thanks Sahin and Javier for your kindness and the beacon of light and hope you’re to this world. “I can't say enough good things about the Mobil gas station at 94 Bridge St in Salem! This is hands down the best gas station in the area. The pumps are modern and super fast, which makes fueling up a breeze. I never have to wait long, even during busy times, because the staff here keeps everything running smoothly.

The station is always spotless, inside and out. The trash cans are regularly emptied, and the windshield cleaning stations are always stocked with fresh supplies. The convenience store is well-stocked with a great selection of snacks, drinks, and other essentials at reasonable prices. I also appreciate how clean and well-maintained the restrooms are—a rarity at most gas stations.
