“This review is long overdue, I have been going here regularly for about 15 years now. They have been consitantly exceptional, knowledgable and friendly. Just looking at all the other reviews saying the same thing, it really shows their commitment to providing more than just a product, they love what they do and do it with a passion! The owners are a truely nice family, take pride in their business and care about their customers. Damien has to be one of the most polite and nicest people I've ever met. All the employees are genuinely good people. Going here feels like an extension to my home, I always feel welcome and have a good time, this goes the same for my wife. Anytime I'm not sure what I'm looking for or want to try something new, Ian's recommendations are always spot on, just perfect, he has a real talent and you can tell he loves what he does. Anything he recommends, I trust, no questions asked, and I have never regretted it. I cannot say enough nice things about everyone here, they are all so nice and it's a joy to watch them interact with other customers as well, it's just positivity all around and I have never seen anyone leave without a smile on their face.
They have a large selection from your average mainstream brands to the more exquisite labels. Pricing is competitive and better than a lot of nearby places. Something worth mentioning is that they are willing to split up packs of beer if you just want to try one, most places won't do that. They have a wide selection of craft brews so this is a good way to try new things. The variety they stock has never left me looking for something I couldn't find. There's always something new to try, even if it's the garlic plantain chips my wife loves, or just stick with the tried and true. I can only recommend this store to everyone, I would and have gone out of my way to shop here just for the service. Lighthouse is more than just buying alcohol, it's getting liquid happiness.”

Had been searching for the Crown Royal Blackberry for months and waited for it to come back to the stores.
When it finally came out again, I had called in the morning, hoping they had gotten some in their delivery. Was told they had not gotten any in but was more than welcome to call back to check on future deliveries. A few hours later, they called me saying they had gotten some in and didn't know because it was mixed in with another brand. They put it behind the counter for me and didn't overcharge me like another package store did.”

“I was in E longmeadow and on the radio they were talking about adoption of dogs and the man who owned the Tudor house, Hank. The DJ mentioned Mitch, said these people always step up and help with fund raisers and adoptions. That the owner lost his fur baby and continues to help THOMAS J, any thing they ask him, hes right there volunteering!! Anyone who does so much, without thought of whats in it for me is someone we need in this world. So even tho I dont drink that much, I stopped in and bought 2 bottles of liquor, to help support, this man who gives so much to the helpless part of our community. God Bless.”
“I've been a customer of this place for many years. I even lived next door for a while. Under the old ownership, it was always a nice place to go. Al always made people feel welcome, and we chatted about what was going on with the locals. It was the kind of place your Grandpa stopped into when you were a kid. Under the new ownership. the place was cleaned up and organized. Prices aren't any different than any other place I go to. Friendly, modernized place with a nice staff that make you feel welcome.”

If you want an item they don’t have in stock, they will order it.

The store is handicapped accessible, by ramp. It is a bit steep. This being said, I AM SURE the staff will accommodate the needs of ANY customer, assuring they are respectfully treated and are alive to purchase the product they desire at a good price.

“Great selection of ready to go meals ? and deserts if you don't have time to prep your meals after work then head to Delaney's and grab what you would like to eat all prepared for you with lots to chose from and all the dishes that I have tried are delicious and I purchase the meals for 2 and my wife and I split them and there's plenty of food and it's way better than getting fast food and it costs about the same or less depending on what you buy give it a try I guarantee you will be back trying different meals especially if you don't have much time for prepping food after work and cleaning up the mess ?”

“I was visiting from North Carolina for Christmas. I popped in on the spur of the moment, hoping to maybe find some bourbons that I can't find in NC. I wasn't expecting much, but boy, was I surprised! They had an extremely nice selection to choose from, and I ended up selecting a bottle of Blanton's, which wasn't even the best thing they had!!! But what made the visit extra special was the friendliness of the staff, especially the manager who made me feel like an old regular, showing me what he had and making recommendations. If I lived in the area, I would definitely become an old regular!

“There is a false and very embarassing post from face book that one of my idiot friends...well now ex friends.. Got put onto a web site..when i let him borrow my phone. Any one who knos me knows that i am not like that at all! i just found out about this today and i was furious. I called him to ask what the hell he was thinking and he said he got into an argument with a guy that started trashing white people so he got racist too. I told him that was no excuse! I am so sorry to anyone who may have been offended by this but i can assure you i am not like that at all and anyone who knows me will tell you the same. I wasnt raised that way and have never felt that way. I have since asked the page to remove that as i have removed him from my life and any hurtful ignorant things he could have said. Again i just want people to know how embarrassed and sorry i am that he did this and i didnt notice it. It was posted off someone elses post i guess which is why i never noticed. Please dont judge me by the actions of this moron. I know its my responsibility to be careful who i allow to access my phone and social media but i never thought something like this would happen.
