“I go here to cash in all bottles and cans the Store is having some kind of issue with their distributors and they were not allowing anyone to get cash for their redemptions of cans and bottles but because I go in there a lot they allowed me to get cash. FYI whoever gets their bottles and cans pay this store what they need to be able to pay people what they need because someone coming in there might need the money for food or other personal items and can't use it as store credit. All I'm saying. Great Place”

“Frank's is actually one of the better liquor stores that I have gone to because they keep the liquor behind the counter!! There may be some people outside that may make you feel uncomfortable but that's only if you're heartless and to bougie for your own good!! ?But if you ever need any warm nips then make sure you ask a supervisor because I get quarter pint fireballs all the time, & a couple workers there say that there are no warm ones only because they don't want to walk to the back to get them. I feel that they're lazy and I don't want to accommodate but little do they know it is hurting the business.”

“This is a really great but hard to find tequila!!I'm surprised they had it on a low shelf most places have this up high. Either way, this place impressed me. I'll be back!”

“Love this place! The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. It's not a large store so you can expect a limited selection but a decent one for a small place.”

“I've Been coming here since I turned 21, the prices are reasonable. You can walk in through the front entrance but can't park in the front due to the store is on the corner of a main street, parking in the rear is a little tight. They have bottle redemption and the rear entrance has stairs on the left side and a steep ramp on the right side, that in my opinion is not wheelchair accessible. So park in the back and use the sidewalk to wheel around to the front. They have a pretty good selection of Spirits and beers.”

“What a friendly place! Great prices, and thank you so much to the guy who got a heavy box out of the cooler for us, and the other guy who volunteered to get our bag of ice and carry it out to the car.Truly good service, diverse inventory, and good prices. This is the right place to go!”

“I like Prime Liquors. The store is really well kept up. Very clean. The shelves are neatly stocked and it's not so big that you can't find what you're looking for. The guy behind the counter is always friendly and very helpful when I ask for it. The parking lot is not large, but there's enough spaces so that there's usually no problem parking. Prime is a great place to get your beverages!”

“I drive out of my way just to go get the three for five quarter pint fireball bottles!! And the best worker there is JuJu! She's got the best attitude and tells it how it is! Sometimes you'll feel like you just want to go in there to see her because she'll put a smile on your face if you're having a down day!Other than that, the business is great just be weary of late night shopping because there are some characters that stand around front asking for money or change and whatnot. No worries tho, they're harmless! They close at 11:00 p.m. but sometimes they will close the doors a little bit early so try to get there before 10:45 p.m.!!”

“Really great experience. The staff are very friendly and have exactly what I need in stock. The best part is the sandwich shop though, they make it really easy to order online and pick up. I had the chicken reuben and it tasted amazing (they also have the best fries)! Highly recommend.”

“Love this liquor store. I usually avoid going anywhere else if possible. The staff are AMAZING, they have a good selection of hard liquors, beers, wines. They also sell lottery tickets which I have found to be the only place I have any luck, and it's just a good vibe all around. They deal with all types of characters and I've never seen them disrespect anyone or lose there professionalism regardless of how customers might be acting. Definitly give it a 5 star rating”

“Nice people I was looking for a special item, rare for this area, they didn’t have it but found it at another place. Prices seems reasonable here for what they had.”

3.8 Good11 Reviews

“This is really close to my house and super convenient. They have a big selection of wine, along with some specialty bottles. I have found a couple reds that I would have never tried before but decided to take a chance on them because the price point and the display made it intriguing! The employees are absolutely fabulous and always friendly! Definitely a big help when I'm looking for something specific! They are also super patient with customers that may come in that have had maybe one too many or that are characters / suspicious. The location is good because it's on a busy road but also in an area that gets a number of people who aren't as well off. So you may find yourself being asked for money or maybe just stuck in a conversation that you generally did not want to have. Though they mean well it's not always warranted or welcome.Otherwise, Great Place!!”

“Well if you like a liquor this is a Good one. Of course they're fully stocked and when the guy in front of me bought $800 worth of tequila. It barely put a dent in the shelve. Lol. Yes they are cool.”

3.8 Good40 Reviews

“This store is always clean, well-lit and offers a great selection of all wines, beers and liquors; in addition to associated drinks and snacks. The lady who works at the register is always pleasant and easy to talk to. Recommended highly.”

“The store itself is pretty small. It's right in the shops at Mason Square and getting in and out of the parking lot is a horrible feat. Definitely a test of patience. They've got a poor selection (I use that word graciously) of specialty liquors. There really aren't many at all. Though they do have a shelf of Ciroc and horribly cheap liquors (Mr Boston types), there's not much in between. Apart from Sutter Home and Gallo, there's no wine. I think I did see yellowtail. Want craft beer? Forget this place. Budweiser and 40's. It smells rank inside as well- they've got the bottle return right in the front as you walk in. I know my review may seem harsh, but I will say I LOVE the customer service you receive here. The staff remembers you and is always engaging. For a small store it's not horrible. If you want specialty go out to the acres to Johnny Macs. If you just want a regular beer, this is the place. But seriously. The staff and customer service is amazing. That's why I'm giving it 4 stars. 3 for the actual store, but 4 for the client loyalty.”
