“It's a storage facility. I rate it in the top 25% of what's out there. However, their pricing was best in the area and their manager was extremely helpful. I read a couple of other reviews from the year 2009 and totally believe they were written by a competitor. Hey... I needed to store my property and these people went out of their way to assist.”
“Walked the lot that was full of great options, found a beautiful 10x20 shed took about ten minutes to finalize the purchase. Within a week it was delivered without issue. The installer was truly skilled and we were very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism in setting/leveling the shed exactly where we wanted. Great shed and great people bringing it to you. I will recommend you to everyone looking, thank you.”

“Moving was super stressful on me and my kids, I’ve been at the tail end of my divorce and moving was the last thing I needed. When I called customer service they weren’t exactly helpful to me. I was actually a little upset that I had already started the process with PODS. I went to PODS and Richie helped answer the questions I had about the billing process and what to expect with my POD being moved across the country. There’s a stark contrast between talking to PODS’ people through their 1800 number and speaking to someone at the actual storage place. I’m not sure everyone’s experience will be the same, but specifically speaking with RICH in the Ludlow location made things easy to understand and I wouldn’t consider recommending PODS to family and friends if it wasn’t for him. I have had a bad experience prior to PODS with a similar company in the past, so to say my anxiety was high throughout this whole thing would be an understatement!”
“I have stored my Mustang with Extra Space for two years and it has been a good experience. The facility is clean, lighting is good. The part that was hard was, it was a little tight getting into the storage unit with a car, if you are given a unit in the middle. I am glad the mustang is a small car! Also, they give you a lock, that you pay $20 for, witch is great if you need one. I now have two. When I tired to drop it off in the office on site, there is never anyone there to give the lock back and get your $20 back! A little frustrating.”

I don't like the fact that nobody seems to have 24-hour access in Massachusetts!
Probably because of the crooked housing system and the "Homelessness Crisis" that's been propagated and industrially driven by the very gov orgs & the fraudulent "non profits" that are set up to aid the situation!”

“this morning. I had the sad task of emptying out my son’s storage unit. You see my son passed away. bringing his stuff home meant lot to me.it gave me some peace his things were home. When I went in this lovely young lady, with a smile very nicely asked what she could do for me. I told her what I was there for and she told me what she was doing step-by-step making sure it was all closed out. you see I didn’t tell her my son passed away because she was genuine.
