“Eddie was a great help and created a welcoming environment! Tremendous help with getting a refund on a charge that was my fault for not closing my account the day prior! 10/10”
“Super clean with 24 hour cameras. Staff is considerate, knowledgeable and friendly. The facility is also temp. controlled. If you're looking for storage this facility is the place. No smells, no trace of rodents.”
“Excellent experience from start to finish! Victor was very helpful explaining rates, and business hours and he helped me set up the mobile app .I love not having to touch any surface so that alone is worth the 5 star service.”
“The property manager Eric was very helpful to me he explain all the rules the do’s and the don’t of the property and units, he made me feel very secure, and that my belongs will be safe and sounds I’m actually looking forward in the near future to purchase a bigger unit”
“I spoke with Yesenia today and she is absolutely wonderful to work with! She took time to explain everything I needed to know about my storage unit. She was very pleasant, knowledgeable and made me feel assured that I have chosen the best place to store my belongings. Some people just make your day better just by being who they are. She is a credit to excellent customer service!!!”

“Matthew is an amazing guy. Found wife’s purse and called and returned with everything. Juanito was also helpful in the booking process as well. Would recommend all day.”
“Customer service has been one of the best and most understanding I have ever had. Being a student and new to the city, it was hard for me to adapt and figure out where and how to rent a storage unit. Lockwood Storage has helped me a lot from the beginning to the end. Despite the confusion, they were very kind in supporting me. I definitely recommend it and will return next semester !”
“These folks are amazing from the Manager on down. A+++ customer service has important meaning to them. I absolutely 100% without a doubt recommend utilizing their services. Amazing people. thank you.”
“They just moved me out of my apartment into a condo in Northampton and they absolutely nailed it. Sitterly sent out five really funny, friendly, affable guys and a big truck to my place and they were super fast and efficient in terms of taking stuff apart and being up front with what they did and didn't feel comfortable moving out of my place. They packed up my extensive clothing collection and worked really hard for me all day. Thank you guys so much!! I'll definitely be using Sitterly next time.”
