“Not enough words of praise for Jiminy! We started my 5 year old with the KidsRule program this winter. The staff is SO kind, patient and professional. She’s had lessons with Matthew and Maco went above and beyond as instructors but to mention the ladies who work the desk and whoever is behind the rental counter - no where lacks. Building her confidence and skill so fast with this staff we cannot be more appreciative and excited to go back again and again! Aside from KidsRule this is my husband’s favorite mountain in the Berkshires (he’s tried them all) and for the non winter sport parents cozy up in the lodge or the tavern for drinks and bites with a good book or company while your family enjoys the mountain and you can spend the whole day there entertained.”

The breakfast was good on Wednesday morning. They have good coffee from the coffee machine. But the location was off the center city.”
“This staff that was working when I checked in today around 3pm were absolutely the finest example of caring and awesome customer service. They were so good with my stressed out baby. Now he is very comfortable. I was very impressed by the front desk and the wonderful woman working valet.

“Great selection of products from all your grocery needs to souvenirs. They have a large selection of wines and beer. Dairy, eggs and yogurt too. T shirts and sweatshirts too. Friendly staff. Breakfast sandwiches, and deli style lunch and dinners too. Coffee bar for all your caffeine needs to. Awesome mountain vibe too!”
