“I went with my boyfriend and his two kids who are twins age 9. They loved everything, the hot tubs, the pools, the adventure park, and the beautiful mountain views. We love the room it had everything we needed and loved the privacy of a one-bedroom suite. I had absolutely no issues and would go back anytime.”

“We had a wonderful time at this lovely place. Pamela was a great host and always made us feel right at home. She also had great advice about where to go and what to do with a big group of teenagers. And the nostalgic vibe of the decor was so inviting and clever. I can't recommend the Berkshire Valley Inn enough!”

“My husband and I hosted our wedding at the Hotel on North / Rare 297 Steakhouse in March 2026. We highly recommend them as an amazing venue for a wedding! Lisa, Andrew, and the staff were all very kind and helpful and took great care of all of our guests who traveled from out of town (including our guests with dogs!). Our room was gorgeous and we loved the local art on the walls and all of the amenities, including the claw-foot tub and fireplace. It made for the perfect getting-ready space with my bridesmaids, also. The hotel lobby and the atrium are very nicely decorated and comfortable spaces to hang out in, and we loved the boutique on the first floor. We had an amazing experience with them and can't wait to be back!”

“Spent a few midweek nights here, property was decent but nothing special. Wish I had asked for a room on the top floor as you can hear every step your upstairs neighbor takes and probably quieter if you request a room not facing the main road. Room was clean enough and bed was okay, need to make sure they have Do Not Disturb sign for the room, mine didn't. Didn't check out the breakfast service. Overall a decent stay at a reasonable price, I would return.”
