“I visit this resort almost every year and each time, it's amazing. It doesn't matter the size of the room or the location on the property... It's always amazing.I travel here for tattoo related business (off-season in October). It's one of the few places that I can hope to see staff over time and make friends. It's a truly lovely place and when it comes to hosting us quirky tattoo artists, this place is soooooo lovely!The events are called Paradise Gatherings and even though this name isn't because of the location, it might as well be for how amazing Jimmy Peak has always been to us.Thank you for a stellar stay! Always!”

“Hotel wasn't very busy during my stay. The staff was super nice. Location is also great if you are doing business in Pittsfield and don't want to drive anywhere.. It's within walking distance to a couple of nice places like Patrick's Pub and Methuselah and Dottie's.My only complaint is that it seems the hotel designers were OK to emphasize the style of function once again... My room's bathroom lighting was beyond poor and the mirror didn't get additional strong lighting as it should because you do want to see your face in detail.. Whenever you shave or pop pimples! Lol.. Bottom line you do want to see your face... Additionally I didn't much care for the beautiful vintage wooden floors splattered with paint or something like that all over where vintage floors were... Other than that the room was quite spacious with its own kitchenette and ground coffee came in its own little jar and it was definitely a great touch.Too bad for the hotel restaurant being closed. Luckily I managed to visit it before it closed and I enjoyed it too..”

“Right down the road from Jiminy Peak ski resort. Nice rooms with cute decor. The mini fridge was stocked with smart water cold brew coffee and kombucha. They also had a nice basket of healthy snacks. Not complimentary but better selection than most hotels offer.The room was clean and the bathrooms were a little bit dated but well kept. We will absolutely be staying here again.Also they're pet friendly.The only negative thing I have to say is that we had a bit of a ladybug problem in our room. We evicted at least 4 ladybugs that we found in the room. It could have been the same one sneaking back inside somehow but we can't be sure.Rooms: Normal motel room options but also they offer rooms with kitchens.Nearby activities: Jiminey peak ski resortWalkability: Nothing really within convenient walking distance”

“Nice rooms, friendly staff.Breakfast is only available via a "bistro" in the lobby vs a grab and go buffet like most other Marriott brands in this category. There are no other nearby options for breakfast.Nice fire pit out back.Rooms: Nicely appointed, large TV, built in USB charging everywhere.Walkability: Crosswalk access to restaurant across the street.Food & drinks: Brew pub available across the street for dinner, coffee shop/ bistro available in the lobby for breakfast.”

“Very clean hotel rooms! front receptionist, and other staff that work in this hotel are very kind and helpful! Best experience all way around! Location nice and quiet! 10/10 would recommend this hotel to friends and family!Rooms: The rooms was homey and clean, beautiful detail with towels! Very nice beds and bedding, the bathroom door don’t lock that’s the only thing but still no big deal! We always travel with our own bedding and cleaning supplies, we didn’t feel it was necessary in this establishment! 10/10Safety: Felt very safe, and comfortable very home town vibes 10/10”

“I've spent an unplanned week here. From the initial phone call from me to discharge Sam, his Mrs and the younger man were all beyond wonderful! The room was very clean, smelled fresh, everything worked appropriately, the linens were attractive, clean and wrinkle free. Throughout my entire stay I felt warm, comfortable, safe and welcome. Thank you Sam and hospitality team. You've been a blessing to me.”

“Kind of low key. Would of liked if the pool was cleaner ex. Around the water line. This is my second hotel in a year with a pool and never looks as if the care or clean adequately. Ps Water temp was amazing though even though they advertised a hot tub which was not in use.”
