Target is a large, well-lit store that offers convenient shopping options, especially for online pickup. Customers appreciate the helpful staff, with some mentioning employees like James who provide great service and friendly interactions. Despite this, the store can be very busy and understaffed, making shopping challenging at times. The store layout and maintenance are inconsistent; some departments are messy, and aisles are not always well maintained, which can make shopping difficult. The shopping experience was marred by a negative incident where a staff member with a distinctive mullet handed over a box covered in mud and dirt without warning, which was unpleasant and unsanitary. Customers expect better handling of merchandise, especially when it’s dirty or damaged. The clothing selection, particularly for plus-size women, was disappointing. Many dresses and skirts are low-cut, have high slits, or feature ruffles and multi-level patterns that may not suit taller women or those seeking more modest options. Customers also hope for more size options in women’s shoes, especially wide-width styles over size 10. Overall, Target provides a mostly helpful and convenient shopping experience, but improvements are needed in store maintenance, staff availability, and product selection.
What a mess. Critically understaffed is my guess. I just walked in at 4pm on a Saturday and the lines were 15+ people long to walk out. The shelves had many things, but every aisle felt like a hurricane blew through.
This is a strange Target. And I didn’t feel good here.

Really unfortunate that this Target is so bad. Floors are filthy and shells and racks are a mess! Friday, I’m busy the weekend and only one register open. Many products missing even though it’s listed in stock, the website.

Reminds me of a Dollar General with all the freight everywhere.
