“I went into the Hanover store last Sunday for my 3rd purchase in the past 2 years. Eventhough I wasnt looking forward to paying $800, I knew I wanted the iPhone 17. While Mike R. was looking up my acct, and what discounts I may qualify for, I told him that I wasnt looking forward to the larger size of the 17 compared to the 12 mini. He looked at my cracked phone, and instead suggested filing a claim to replace my 12 mini. It’s refreshing in this day and age to know that a sales person will actually listen to you, and try to help you, and not just try to upsell you on the current, most expensive model. I would highly recommend Mike R. and this T-Mobile branch.”

“We were able to quickly find what we needed. For some reason the payment options were limited and we had trouble paying with our Canadian based Amazon MasterCard card. I like the Target app for having a digital receipt option which is convenient for rating items and tracking expenses. The store itself was clean and bad a decent parking lot but it was could use some improvements from walking from the car to the store.”
