“Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. Thought my delivery was lost, turns out family member grabbed it and didn’t tell anyone. Found out after I had emailed customer service to ask how I could submit a claim. Immediately got a reply saying a replacement item was being shipped at no charge. Will return the duplicate item, and just got online and bought something else, and will purchase more in the future.”

“I assumed the high rating was just due to there not being a lot of reviews. Nope, the customer service here is INCREDIBLE. Seriously could not have asked for a better experience - The staff offered polite help without being pushy and absolutely no pressure, happy to give insight into the different cuts and help with sizing. I was struggling to decide between two sizes and one of the workers was super helpful in giving me their opinion but also insight into the nuances/tradition of denim fitment”

“This place is a must!!!! We found the perfect dress for my daughter’s prom!! We were there for 3 hours( she basically had to try on every dress in the color she wanted) and just when I thought she couldn’t make a decision, boom she found THE one!!! Sara and Ariana were absolutely amazing and the owner Kristen most definitely is the best!!! Thank you for everything!!!!! She let me know the fit to look for, what occasions certain outfits would be good for, and when something didn’t fit. I’m not super comfortable shopping for clothes and I haven’t done a lot of it - I really appreciate how kind and helpful everyone here was and I will definitely be coming back!”

“My first visit here. The store had alot of great deals I enjoyed seeing what they had and found an item that cought my eye and at a good price thats the 4 star review. The reason I didnt put a 5 star is the cashier was really dry in his personality as if he really didnt want to be there and just going through the motions his name was nick. “I came to this Old Navy location on a Monday morning with my three year old. I felt compelled to write a review because I couldn't believe how nice all of the employees were!! First, I called to make sure they were open, and the person on the phone was so helpful and friendly. Then, in the store, we had the same experience with all of the other employees we encountered! Such a difference from experiences in most stores these days. Oh, and also, the store was immaculate and there was a huge selection.”

I needed a cover up for the beach n needed it for the next day so was in a bit of a panic but I was in and out pretty quickly actually and walked out with linen thin pants top and shorts - i am always helped by the workers that are on the floor so i enjoy shopping there !”
