“Whoever helped me at the Derby street store was superb and went above and beyond right when I walked in. I was looking for a specific style of pants in my size, she went to look for them right away and after not having my size she called another store to check. The other store had my size and they let me order them right over the phone even though I forgot my banana rep card. Shout out to the employee from the other store also. These pants are so comfy and make me feel and look great, so it was a big deal. You guys rock and made my day! Let’s go!!!”
“I came to this Old Navy location on a Monday morning with my three year old. I felt compelled to write a review because I couldn't believe how nice all of the employees were!! First, I called to make sure they were open, and the person on the phone was so helpful and friendly. Then, in the store, we had the same experience with all of the other employees we encountered! Such a difference from experiences in most stores these days. Oh, and also, the store was immaculate and there was a huge selection.”

“This location is fairly big in size. However, the place was in a mess. I don't blame the employees as they were trying their best to keep up! But the customers were not so keen on being courteous to place the things back to their places if they didn't want them. Many packages were torn apart just to see what's inside! Felt very uncomfortable about the whole experience.”
