“The Whalewalk Inn is hospitality! It is as quaint and charming as you could hope for a B&B on the cape. What makes it extra special is that you can tell in how well maintained it is and in all of the little details how much love and care the owners put into it. The breakfast program is also lovely with three courses that rotate from sweet to savory every other day. There is also a secluded beach just down the road with phenomenal sunsets. Stayed with a couple of girlfriends and the larger cabin was perfect for us. The walls are very thin but thankfully ourselves and our neighbors were mindful. We met another guest who was on her third repeat stay and I can understand why. Could definitely imagine coming back myself for a solo retreat.”

“We loved our stay here. Our room was comfortable and clean. The food and cocktails were great. The location is perfect to walk around. However, what makes this place truly unique is the service. All of the staff is very friendly and helpful. We appreciated getting pastries throughout the day. Ryan the bartender makes some exceptional drinks. Nick and Riana at the front desk were super helpful. The breakfast shift folks were all great as well. And Dane made sure our stay was perfect.”

“We just had an amazing 4 night stay at Sesuit Harbor House. Phil and Sylvia maintain such a beautiful, cozy property. They are so kind and accommodating - they really made us feel at home and very family friendly. The location is perfect. The rooms are very clean and cozy. It felt like staying in a cottage. The landscaping/flowers/shrubs were gorgeous. We enjoyed the pool, which felt like bath water. We also enjoyed the games around the property as well (cornhole/connect 4/soccer) and also utilized the fireplace for s'more-making. I would definitely recommend this place for families or couples or maybe even a girls weekend. Very peaceful! 10/10 - we will be back!!”

“This is my year for visiting places I've never been -- and Brewster and Sea Meadow Inn were first on the list. I started off with a rocket!
Sea Meadow is a wonderful classic B&B in quite the special old home (the part of the house I stayed was c 1782, and as a result the spacious and nice bathroom (dedicated to our room) was directly across the hall. If that's a deal breaker for you -- your loss. The room with queen bed was extremely comfy and nicely appointed. The weather was less than desirable our two days, but I made the most of the stay, and certainly did not have trouble getting comfy in the room.
Whatever you do, DO NOT sleep through Adriana's magnificent breakfasts (certainly the culinary highlights of my Sea Meadow days!). Savory breakfast tacos (garnished with sauteed day lilies, yes you read that right, and they taste like asparagus, who knew?!?) were scrumptious, but the cinnamon peach fresh toast the next morning was over the top yummy (said the sugar addict). There's also very fresh fruit, plain yogurt, granola. World Class Breakfast. And like a magnet, those breakfasts will pull me back...
Happens the two days of my stay there was a mobile sauna vendor who parked a very nice wood-heated sauna in the side yard by the outdoor shower. There were pre-scheduled 45 minute sauna sessions, and the sauna proprietor was quite helpful for this relative sauna newbie. Following 45 minutes (not continous!) of sauna time, I felt incredibly relaxed, and sauna for sure delivered the best two nights sleep in quite some time. There were also light appies near the sauna, provided by the innkeeper, which was a nice touch. If the weather hadn't been chilly and rainy, I would have been in and out of the sauna and the outdoor shower like a pro.
There are nice common areas, too, in the dining area and reception area of the inn if you want to read/whatever.
Brewster felt very old-fashioned, in a very good way. It's a bit hard to tell what year it is there, and that's quite refreshing (see pic of the Brewster Store, a must, originally built as a church c 1860 and run since c 1863 as a store, and quite the nifty one at that). If you leave the Brewster Store empty handed, I pray for you!
Without reservation*, I recommend Sea Meadow Inn. It was a wonderfully relaxing few days in a very cool inn in an 18th century home in an interesting and lovely town on Cape Cod. Enjoy!
* But make a reservation for sure!”

“This was my first time staying at the Chatham Motel. Jenn made booking, check in and check out easy.
The room and bathroom were exceptional clean.
The bed was very comfortable and the white sheets were crisp. The bathroom was large with a nice clean tub/shower. Nice clean towels too.
Great location and quiet.

“First impressions. Simple motel, friendly welcoming owner, pool looks great, room is clean and smells fresh, bathroom also clean and fresh. Beds aren’t really comparable firm vs soft wise, but at least you’ll have options? Came down for the weekend for Father’s Day. Got a two bed plus full bath, no kitchenette, but has a new apartment sized fridge that was clean and working. Great cross breeze comfortable pillows. I’d say it’s a quaint little motel within walking distance to the beach. Given the rates of any lodging these days I’d say it’s worth it! The owner seems like a real genuinely nice person and seemed appreciative of our business as guests. Only gave the room 4 stars cuz the mattresses could be a little better comfort wise but not un-sleep-able.”

At check in felt like we were a burden, they could not wait to get us out of the office (which closed an hour later). We tried to use the bicycles on our last day for a few hours (all of them were available) until lunchtime (12 noon) , but they insisted we had to have them back at 11. Did not feel welcome.”

“Great location and great amenities. Visited on a cold winter day and this place is a hidden gem. Cozy rooms. Indoor swimming pool, hot jacuzzi and sauna. Open kitchen area was perfect with our big group to play board games. Many eating places nearby. We took a chinese takeout which was located across from road. Convenience at its best. Next morning we had a pretty decent breakfast as well. Definitely recommend this place.”

“Maybe once was 5 star. This was a buckets list place for me to stay at for my 40th birthday. I’m a nurse by trade and hate to complain, but it is a wonderful spot for dinner and drinks, but just go home after. I stayed for 2 nights in an ocean front cottage- no beach access from house for $1500/night. From many trips back to desk bc room keys were not working to Broken beach chairs and umbrellas. I booked same night as very expensive wedding and I couldn’t even have a meal at the beach bar grille all weekend which was a huge let down. I have many other stories but I digress. My experience fell short for my 40th at this hotel and it was disappointing.”
“Needed a room last minute when we arrived a day early for our AirBNB and was accommodated very quickly. Super easy late check in with a lock box, friendly staff, great booking and check out all online through text links. Hotel is very quaint beachside retro vibe, rooms nicely updated. Bed was VERY comfortable, AC works great. Room had nice flat screen TV, small fridge, coffee maker. Heated bathroom light, tub/shower combo. Ample parking.”
“Everything about this place is has been awesome. The service, communication amazing. The BEDS!!! OMG THE BEDS!! they are above any bed I have had and trust me I have stayed in some high end hotels. Litterally memory and adjustable, perfect for my swelling feet after each shift. The hot water was endless, never NEVER ran out of hot water. Employees/owner amazing, seriously care about their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I WILL DEFINITLY STAY AGAIN WHEN WE ARE BACK IN THE BEAUTIFUL CAPE COD”
“Good resort. Missing some small touches. Lights were out in a lot of places and the pool area was really dark.
There was plenty of parking with some across the street and the decor and furniture was clean and modern and felt welcoming without being tacky.
We stayed on a holiday weekend and there were kids running around the balcony hallways and until after midnight playing ding dong ditch and then making prank calls after that which should have been better managed, but that's not entirely on the hotel.”

“We rented the entire Inn for a wedding at Wychmere. Tim, the owner, is great, but the staff, specifically Peta-Gay, Tia and OJ were outstanding!! They could not have been more helpful, kind and ready to make our stay enjoyable.
The rooms are all unique, recently renovated with great linens. It is an Inn, with smaller rooms that are charming and very comfortable. Its location to the beach, Wychmere and the shops and restaurants downtown is perfect.”
