I just wanted to the package out of my hands and Heather was all smiles. Very helpful and courteous, she deserves recognition for superior customer service.”

If you're looking for a specific newly released stamp, and other area post offices are already out of it, try the Florence Post Office.”

“Love this place! It's amazing to me, from standing in line, how few people have a clue...no homework, no preparedness...and they get angry...for reasons that reflect poorly on their preparation. Sure, the main guy can be taciturn at times, but honestly...does he need to put on a charm offensive...I think not...The people I see whining/wingeing are likely on a computer a lot...so do you hw...I've never had a problem.”
