I arrived at the bank 15 minutes early for my appt, but was seen after waiting only a minute. Owen Elliott reviewed my situation, skillfully untangled the mess, and worked for over an hour with me to set up another account and transfer my life savings into it. The charges that had been made were credited by BOA fraud. A new debit card was expedited, and I left feeling my money was now safe.
