Methuen Co-Operative Bank donated the materials and Ron Marsan donated his time and service and built a gorgeous ramp so my husband could come home and not be house bound. We are so grateful and so happy to have caring people like them in our community.

“This has to be the slowest John Dark I've ever been to in my life. I've literally been in line for 15 minutes while one woman tried to take care of everything. Every other John Dark I've ever been to has always been in and out real quick. This one needs to get their game up. They still get four stars because it's my credit union, but this one needs some work.”
“I am not a BoA customer but needed their services on July 28, 2025. Yes the line was long but when I got to the teller, Yahara was EXTREMELY friendly and very helpful. It was a long process for what I needed. She handled it with professionalism and a genuine smile. I was anxious for trying to cash a large check but she put me at ease and was able to do my bank transaction. I would definitely use their services, although wait times maybe long. Yahara was fantastic and amazing. I can't say enough kind words to express my gratitude for her.”

“I have changed my review from one star to four stars. It was one star when this place was Merrimack Valley credit Union. Who I had few issues with especially when I applied for a HELOC. However, bright bridge. Credit union seems to be more organized, more responsive, and ever since bright Bridge took over. I have not had any issues with this new bank. Hopefully they stay this way.”
