“I took my 1949 GMC Pickup truck to Norwell Collision to do some repair work and decided to have the entire truck repainted. I worked with Mohammed who was very helpful and cooperative throughout the entire process. They took in my truck, kept it inside a covered garage throughout the process and showed me pictures and allowed me to review progress along the way. I was pleased with the quality of work and the speed at which they were able to complete the restoration.”

Nelson greeted me and personally, did a fast accurate assessment of the vehicle, wrote up a work order and was able to take my car in the next day.
He not only delivered the flawless repair at the cost of the appraisal from my insurance company, but he also delivered on time and with an extra special touch of auto detailing (including buffing out built up oxidation on my other head light to match the fixed one he installed in the repair).

“I drive out of the way to get my car washed here because it's far better than my local car wash for an equal or lower price. After the wash, you can park right outside where there are FREE clean, dry cloth towels to wipe down the few drips left on the glass and inside doors. There's also a spray bottle to use on your tires if you didn't pay to have them given extra treatment (but I usually do.) There are special low prices on Tuesdays for seniors and Wednesdays are always bargain day. Other days' prices are equal to any other car wash I've found. Yesterday, I went in for my first interior detailing, with a full detailing planned for spring. They did an incredible job, far superior to one I had done last spring at a place in Weymouth. And they completely removed some road salt residue left on the floor mats from 2 years ago! Brian the owner and every staff member I've met there is polite and professional. Highly recommended.”

“Anthony and his team are knowledgeable, detail-oriented, patient, and truly want their customers to be happy with the results they provide. They did a paint correction, Ceramic Pro ION coating, and tinted my front two windows. All of the little swirls and scratches that bothered me in sunlight are now gone, and water beads off the car, making it easier to keep clean. The windows, wheels, and brake calipers were also ceramic coated, and the ease of removing brake dust from the front wheels with just some wheel cleaner and a hose is great. I even went back to them a month later with a little nick on the driver's side window tint, and they educated me on how it may have happened and offered to replace it for me, during which time I was able to get to know Anthony a bit more as a person and small business owner. He is the guy you want working on your car if you are protective of your things and care about the silly details in life. Highly recommend Northeast Auto Spa, and look forward to going back for maintenance care and with future vehicles.”

Being a first time Ferrari owner, I needed a knowledgeable, experienced, and honest person to maintain my dream car and Tony is the guy. He is a guru of Ferrari's with his extensive credentials and training from the Ferrari factory in Italy and the decades of working with these special cars. I've done major routine services and upgrades for my Ferrari 360 with Tony. Timing belt, coolant, transmission, oil, motor mount services along with exhaust and header upgrades. All of which were executed perfectly. He really knows how to honestly optimize the ownership experience of these cars with proper upgrades, maintenance and making them even more enjoyable!
His recommended tasteful upgrades completely refresh and reenergize these timeless machines. The shop is amazing itself, very clean, extremely well organized and equipped, and almost feels like a Ferrari factory! “About 2 minutes and 30 seconds from the brushes touching my car to me escaping the car wash.
Windshield came out spotless, no streaks, the rest of the car clean too. No complaints about the wash itself.
But the location… man. When you exit, you’re basically thrown right onto a side road. Turning right is fine. Turning left? Good luck — you’re basically challenging traffic to a duel.
And every time I’m inside the wash, I get paranoid for no reason. I keep imagining rush hour traffic blocking the exit, my car stuck there, and the workers inside having to slam the emergency stop like, “BRO, PLEASE MOVE YOUR CAR.” ?
Even though I know I won’t actually get stuck, the thought still stresses me out.
So yeah, great wash, terrible location. Don’t go during rush hour unless you enjoy mini heart attacks.”
“I will start by saying I knew nothing about car audio. Now I know a lot more. The guys at Boston Audio Design not only hooked up one hell of a speaker set up. The taught me about it.They told me to drive around for a while, listen to what I like then head on back to tune it. We'll I went back, they tuned it, and it sounds amazing.If I don't have good things to say I usually don't say anything, but when your spending a lot of money you have to be honest.These guys rock, my sound system is amazing. Anytime I have question or concerns they told me to just stop by. It's going to be a fun summer..”
“Cyrus is awesome. Never worked with someone so flexible and passionate about their craft. He spent the time to understand exactly what I wanted. Wrapped in vinyl several plastic shrouds, took apart the bike, cleaned all the plastics before installing the new graphics kit, then ceramic coated everything. Price was well below the effort he actually put in. Will be back for more graphics, and detailing.”
