I would not have been able to even drive it off the lot, as the UHaul text explaining photos needed was too much for me to get. There was a lot to my move in general that was challenging...I would definitely rent from Thomas at Quincy Ave again as he made the truck rental piece as easy as could possibly be. Will be forever grateful.”
“Extremely nice staff; they helped me find the right trailer hitch, gave me advice on box durability, and helped me back the trailer in. Also, the parking lot was in great condition the day after 2 ft of snow covered the lot, it was nicely plowed. Overall, super friendly and very helpful folks.”

“Friendly staff, brand new equipment, 24hr pick up and drop off. Was safely able to leave my car there overnight during a local rental.My only suggestion is to tell customers in advance where the key drop is after hours. I and another customer were both looking for the drop box for 15-20 mins before finding it. There is a photo of a drop box that must be stock photography used in the check in process that makes finding it very confusing. For those looking... It's mounted on the shed building to the left of the equipment return area, it is not near the main building.”
“Rented a box truck from the Citgo station in Quincy. I highly recommend working with a gentleman who rented the small box truck to me. He and the gentleman who I turned the truck back into were extremely kind, friendly, and so professional. Explained everything I needed to know about the truck, which came in handy as this was my first time renting the truck. I would rent again from this location and work with UHaul anyday.”
