“I honestly can’t get over how amazing Snyder Jewelers is. My Dad passed away a few years ago and left me a diamond ring that was a bit on the masculine side so I brought it in to see if they could place it in a more feminine one. Process was super seamless they showed me several options on a screen where you can see all the dimensions (super helpful). I made my choice and they even took money off for the band that it initially came in. Oh and while I was there they cleaned my wedding rings which is always a huge plus, looked brand new when I walked out. They kept me in the loop via text with updates and even picked it up for me on the way back from a wedding they went to! “I am pregnant with a September due date. My fingers are swollen and I have not been able to get my rings off for the past few months. I believe it was Gregory and his father who helped me today. They were extremely professional and kind. My rings mean so much to me that I was distraught to have to cut them off, but the anxiety of potentially having them removed at the hospital was too much! I couldn't feel better about the experience. They took so much care cutting them off my finger. My finger is still indented over 9 hrs later so I feel that getting them off was definitely the best move. I look forward to returning to the store to get them resized in a few months.”
