When I came in, I met with Todd who looked at my car and gave me a very reasonable price. I dropped off my car the next day and was ready very quickly. The scratch was completely gone and looked incredible, but when I came home I realized he covered a scratch we talked about the day before! Absolutely INCREDIBLE service!!!! “I had collision worked on here at the end of June 2025. I am very pleased with the result. The personnel were very concerned with my need for my car and did it very quickly, but they did a perfect job. They even took out scratches and dense that were not the initial objective for which I contacted them, which was a rear right fender crash done to me in a parking lot near a restaurant. (The culprit who crashed into me was never found and did not leave me a note to take responsibility. Typical creep.)
But Mr Arace was the most incredible gentleman I’ve ever dealt with in this line of business. He was very upfront with all that needed to be done and gave me a very reasonable estimate for the work. He also did it very quickly getting me my vehicle returned in time for me to pick up my grandchildren at the railroad station in Hudson.
