“The check engine light in my Honda Accord came up constantly and it was a very frustrating feeling. Driving it around and bringing it to other shops, they could never identify the problem with it. I finally decided to take into Ocean Honda of Brockton and my service advisor Kelson took me in right away even though it was really busy. He listened to my concerns with my vehicle and understood my frustrations. After a quick diagnostics, he identified the issue and helped clear the check engine light. Since then my car has been driving perfect, I appreciated Kelson's patience and willingness to make sure everything was taken care of properly rather than undermining my concerns. It is refreshing to receive customer service from someone who genuinely knows what they are doing and makes an effort to help, it took a massive weight off my shoulders.
