“I brought my grandson’s gaming laptop, which had a hard drive failure that the manufacturer wouldn’t cover, to them and they said it would be no problem to fix. We were given choice of drives. It was ordered, windows installed and all updates applied all within 3 days at a very reasonable price. They did great work and it was a great experience.”
