“I love our little Sterling post office. And Adlin Ziur -- honestly, find some joy in your life. Nadine and her cupcakes are a perfect illustration of how the Sterling Post Office is one of the last truly local, community-based service spaces around. Nadine is a joyful and dedicated person and you really had no business writing that about her.”

“This post office is great and the staff is always friendly, but like other reviewers have said, the lunch hour is not what's listed here. On the door there is currently a printed sign that says they close for lunch from 1-2 every day. Online it says they close from noon-1.
Today I decided I'd head over a little before 1 and to kill some time before they return, I would go grab something to eat. I'm glad I decided to just check and see because it was 12:50 and I would have missed my opportunity to drop off my package today if I had stuck to my original plan!”

“This post office provided probably the best experience I've had with USPS. The woman who helped me was unbelievably kind and personable and made sure everything I needed was taken care of right away. The line moved efficiently and everyone was able to comply by current social distancing because of how clearly marked the post office was. “We went there last weekend to get our passports and Chris was amazing! I was confused by the paperwork and Chris was so patient and helped us get it all straightened out. I had my 2 and 5 year old who weren’t easy but Chris was kind and patient trying to get their pictures. Chris also was able to help other customers while he helped us too, star employee ! I have been coming to this location for years and previous team was not good at all.. the new manager, I did not catch her name, is really good. She is professional and polite. “Let's admit it, going to a postal office is usually pretty stress inducing - at least for me! The lines, the attitudes, the staff, ugh.
However, I recently had to mail important information and decided to to to USPS in Holden. It was great! The staff was friendly and they were able to mail my letter and it was in-and-out.
I will come to branch next time!”
