I'm from West Virgina, and courtesy is just plain what we do we there. I saw these reviews and I had to set the record straight- the woman at the front desk was nothing but courteous. She recognized the regular customers and helped me with what I needed.

When a package marked as delivered went missing, I reached out for assistance. They went above and beyond to help me locate it. The package had been mistakenly delivered to my neighbor's address. However, the team took full responsibility for the mix-up and did not stop until they found a solution.

After viewing the reviews of this Post Office, I felt compelled to leave a review. I use this PO often and the staff is friendly, courteous, helpful, and accommodating. I noticed that most of the reviews are old. I don't believe the reviews reflect the current level of service from this PO.
