“I often have errands, however the difference is when I go to my post office in Sterling it feels as if I'm truly welcome. The people there work so hard, handling the occasional long lines so proficiently, all the while being polite and making sure that someone who is in the line gets to hand them what they came for. They seem to know EVERYONE who comes in by name. I always leave with a smile on my face because of the evident camaraderie. I have lived in Sterling for 39 years and have never had a negative experience there.”
“The few times I've been in recently (including ~3pm 08/23/23), there has been an extremely helpful and kind woman working. My experiences have been pleasant visiting the post office, which is not always the case!”

“They are always really friendly and helpful! Mail delivery is dependable and pretty consistent in timing. Packages are always left at the house. The only time they may bring it back to the post office is if there is a pending snow storm or if they are really backed up with Christmas deliveries. Fortunately, Princeton is small and there is never much of a line at the post office. If you need to make your way over there then it's also a good excuse to go to the Thirsty Lab. :-D”

Not sure why; I called the post office this morning and talked to the nicest woman who found the package and assured me it would be delivered today. That is service with a happy ending for everyone! “We went there last weekend to get our passports and Chris was amazing! I was confused by the paperwork and Chris was so patient and helped us get it all straightened out. I had my 2 and 5 year old who weren’t easy but Chris was kind and patient trying to get their pictures. Chris also was able to help other customers while he helped us too, star employee ! “I have had a great experience at this post office.The workers were friendly and assisted me. I was there to send a parcel. One of the workers patiently explained to me the different charges for the possible delivery dates which helped me to choose the best package.I was also here for my baby’s passport appointment. The customer service was great. Within a very short time we were done. This is the best place to book for your passport appointment.This post office is very spacious and clean. I love being here.”

“This post office provided probably the best experience I've had with USPS. The woman who helped me was unbelievably kind and personable and made sure everything I needed was taken care of right away. The line moved efficiently and everyone was able to comply by current social distancing because of how clearly marked the post office was. Absolutely recommend this location and thank you for helping me get my TREX stamps”

“I usually have bad experiences with the Post Office, but the one in Holden is pretty good. It's usually not too busy and the customer service is for the most part very good. If you're in the area and have to send something by USPS, this Holden location is a good one to go to.”
