“Stop looking and go here. I live in Kentucky and I was traveling home from Boston and broke down on I-90 near Sturbridge. Based on the online reviews, I had my car towed to Five Star. They understood I was passing through and needed to get back on the road, so they took me right in. He diagnosed my bad alternator and called several parts stores until he finally found one. He had it fixed in record time and even cleaned and sprayed my battery terminals. You can tell he is a people person and cares about the customer in addition to being a fabulous mechanic. The price was very fair and service was outstanding. If I lived there, they would get all of my business. Please note: this is not an AI generated review!”

“Scott was awesome! He was incredibly polite, cheerful, and helpful on the phone. When I got there, he graciously showed me around the office space/show floor. There was a roku TV, free snacks, drinks, hot chocolate and coffee, table and chairs, single putt golf set, and a cornhole board, among other things. It's the first auto body shop where I could see they cared about us customers who have to sit and wait, bored as hell for hours? At one point, I heard one of the guys in the shop whistling! They were done in the time frame estimated, which is always appreciated, and my appt was next day when I called. They got me right in within 5 minutes of arriving. The gentleman at the cash register was just as happy and helpful! Thank you to Scott and the whole team!”

“Paul has been my mechanic for over 20 years. Quick story to show what a great guy he is: when I was younger and living with my mother (who had serious health issues) we lived up the road from his shop (about 1/4 of a mile). When I wasnt able to bring her car to the shop for her Paul would walk and pick up her car for her and once it was done would drop it off and walk back. You just wont find this type of thing with mechanics and certainly not the OWNER of the shop doing it.
Paul is an honest mechanic with service that is top notch. When I have something I cant do myself he is my first call. Don't hesitate to come here! If it was possible Id give 10 stars!”
“My husband truck starter went well making a trip. We call around and everyone was booked. They told us the could squeeze it in. Once we arrived not even off the bed they pointed out some other this we where aware were wrong. We take the hour drive for them to fix it. Would definitely recommend.”
