I, as well as my Husband have been going to Five Star Automotive for years. I fully trust Scott's work. He is one of very few honest to goodness business owners who can be trusted. He does good business and has a great team working for him. His competitive pricing is amazing too! I never have to worry about my vehicles I have taken to him. He has helped us out so many times. He's got a great big heart. We're the average poor family these days with kids and he has given us breaks because had we gone anywhere else we would have been paying a heck of a lot more. He does great things for people and our community. I am forever grateful for him. I don't ever want to take any vehicle I own to anyone else. What Scott says is 100% trusted and there is no better place! He's a busy guy and it can take a while to get in for service. But often times I will drop my vehicle off on a Sunday night and be ready to come get it a day or two later. And that's quite alright with me!! They have been really good to us. All great people. Friendly and I swear I could give them all a hug. We tell everyone we see to go to Scott. It's not just about business for Scott, he gives his all and he cares about people. “Back in October of this year my car slowed down on the highway and would not change gears; I knew it was my transmission. I got to where I was going then had it towed to Globe Transmission, per my mechanic's recommendation. The next day I got a call back from Globe and was told it was not my transmission at all and was likely the catalytic converter, a much less expensive repair. I paid a modest diagnostic fee, had it towed to my mechanic, and spent less than a third of what I would have paid had it actually been the transmission.It is honesty like this that is not always common when relying on someone to repair your car. I highly recommend Globe Transmission if you have a transmission issue. You will be well taken care of!”

“Love southbridge tire co. Just moved here and needed a new oil tank. They came right out and gave me a good estimate and got the job done clean and fast and courteous. Came back a couple months later to fix my blower in my furnace. Again fast friendly service. When I find a good company I stick with them. It's hard to find good service these days”

“I would give them 10 star review if I could. I brought my car there to get the bumper and headlight fixed after my car was hit. I got my car back and not only did they fix my bumper and headlight but they replaced the other headlight, repainted most of my car and even buffed out cover ups the previous owner had covered with nail polish. To my surprise it was completely cleaned out and vacuum also. I was beyond happy with their work. If I ever have to get auto body work done again, (hopefully I won’t have to) I will definitely be bringing it back there.”

They tightened the filter free of charge and my experience was positive from start to finish. I really appreciate their help and kindness during that stressful time.”
