Roy is so unbelievably helpful! I highly recommend Grace Bicycles for all of your cycling equipment needs and questions. He taught us so much about our bikes and answered all of the questions we had about changing our tires, handling the bike, and how to get the most out of our setups. Couldn’t have asked for a better learning experience.

Had a great experience working with Roy fitting my bike. He explained the reasons why he was making certain adjustments so I could understand how it would affect my future riding. Roy also gave me suggestions how to improve my form. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Arranged for a bike fitting today with Roy. Incredibly nice guy and really attentive to all details-riding style, weekly distance, other physical activities, any pain experienced, all body measurements, flexibility, etc. Video capture of my riding was superb with regard to seat height, handlebar and cleat adjustments, based on various angles of leg, back, arm measurements. All now in line, and much more comfortable on my indoor trainer ride today! Also fixed some minor issues on the bike (handlebar tape, cable locations). What a great experience and wish I had done this earlier. Strongly recommend a session if you have not had a professional bike fit!

First rate shop! I've had fittings from many different high-end bike shops over the years, and Roy provided me with the best fit I've ever had! He is a very experienced mechanic and tremendously personable individual. I won't go anywhere else from now on for any of my cycling needs!

After 30 years of riding the same bike, I decided I wanted a new road bike. I went to a number of local shops and found that, as inventories were quite low due to prolonged supply chain issues, I had a hard time getting help deciding what would be the best bike for me. Roy, the owner of Grace Bicycles, went out of his way to walk me through the various options and allowed me to try a range of bikes that he did have in stock. This was a huge help in determining what was the right model and size for me. I ended up having to order a bike online and have it shipped to his shop for assembly. Roy went so far as to do a complete, computerized fitting while I was there, so that he would have the correct measurements to adjust the new bike when it arrived. I picked up the new bike a few days ago, and could not be happier. Roy was quite generous with his time and expertise, and I strongly recommend his establishment.

I went to Grace Bicycles yesterday for help with my father’s bike tire. By the time I left, Roy, the owner, offered a generous plan to get the bike fixed and returned to my dad, which included him staying late at work and going out of his way to go beyond what we had paid for. Roy is a business owner deserving to be chosen over other bike shops. He was so kind, down to Earth, and offered very fair prices. If you’re looking to buy a bike, he also offered a beautiful selection. Can’t say enough about what a positive experience this was.

Had a bike fit at Grace due to persistent neck pain. Had previously tried chiropractor, primary care and physical therapy. Roy was excellent. Thorough. Explained everything he was doing. He made several adjustments to the bike including a new saddle. (Who would have associated neck pain with a saddle?...). Sent me home to ride some and come back in 2 weeks for a follow up. He even picked up on things that I didn't mention. I put off an official bike fit for a long time because of the cost, but now wish I had done it sooner! He will tell you he gets lucky once in a while with a recommendation, but it's knowledge and years of experience. He is an expert in his field. If you're thinking about a fit, I highly recommend Roy.

Roy's fitting is top notch. I got a fit from him in 2019 and he dialed it in perfectly. I have put over 7,000 miles on my bike since I last saw him and not a smidge of discomfort on my triathlon bike.

Excellent customer service and quick responses to texts. Super helpful with explanations about bike purchased. Very friendly and personable. Extremely satisfied and highly recommend this bike shop!
