“We used Supawash Laundry Center today to utilize their jumbo washers and dryers in order to wash and dry a large quantity of new towels in the least amount of time.
Not needing a laundromat in recent years, we were impressed with the jumbo sized washers and dryers, the abundant laundry wagons and folding areas. The entire business was immaculate. As I sat waiting, I observed an employee bend over to pick up a few small discards from the floor. It was clear she was conscientious about keeping things clean.
Flat screened TV’s, vending machines, a nice rest room, and plenty of seating made waiting a pleasant chore.
I must give a shout out to that aforementioned employee. Such a kind and lovely woman! Heidi assisted us in all manner of ways- from assuring us that all of our towels would fit in one load, to advising us on how much detergent to use for the jumbo machine, to setting the controls and getting my credit card to read. Later, on the dryer end, Heidi correctly estimated and set the amount of drying time needed.
Business owner, take note: Heidi is a tremendous asset to your well-run business.
If you find yourself needing a laundromat, take my advice and drive the extra distance to Supawash.”

I brought in a dress I hadn't worn in 6 years and after I wore it I just stuck it in my closet without another look. I never had planned to wear it again but an occasion has now come up where I needed something. I pulled it out of my closet and there was big stain on it (like someone spilled beer or white wine on it). I was unsure if it was even possible to remove and told them about how long it has been when I brought it in. Expectations were set that since it was an old stain they might not be able to get it out. When I picked it up it looks absolutely amazing and I can now wear it to my event.
They were extremely personable and very nice! I highly recommend them!”

She's a very hard worker, parking lot is to small. But people can't park right. To many illegal immigrants go in there. The other woman is ok, but not the best. Always busy in there.”
“Linda was sweet and wonderful. I happened to purchase a unique dress from an online shop and ordered it too big. The straps on it, were a unique stitching style which made it be difficult to be altered in the time frame I had. Linda took the time, and gave me honest suggestions to aid me to pin it. I do not know many tailors who would offer suggestions to aid in a situation where it couldn't be done. She helpped me, a novice to say the least, make it work in the time frame I had. I am grateful. “Best Laundromat! It's all coin op. Thank God! Most Laundromat use card . The prices are very affordable. Cheaper than other Laundromat. The machines wash well. The dryers dry very well too. The only issue is that there more washers than there are dryers. I had to wait a little while cuz a selfish customer wanted to fold his clothes before removing the rest of his clothes from the dryers. The nerve of some people.He knew people were waiting for the dryers . It would be nice to have an onsite attendant and more dryers. Besides that ,it's a very nice place to go do your laundry. Hopefully the owner keeps it coin op?.”

“Drain on our washer clogged last night, and this was the only place open at 8pm where I could get the wet, half washed laundry finished. Found it clean and machines easy to use (bonus, it's all done with a smart card that you can load with a credit card or cash, no quarters required). Downside, no place to sit inside an wait and no public restroom. Still, I'd come back to wash bulky items or if our washer wasn't working.”

“I drove out of my way to this laundromat after my local one closed down because this is one of the few places that still takes quarters for the machines (they take cards, too, but I prefer quarters)
The place is nothing fancy-- Has the essentials. But I will say that the other night I had my money eaten by a few different machines -- I reached out via their contact email to let him know and the owner immediately drove down in person and investigated the issue. He even refunded me the money that the machines had eaten.
Very impressed with the customer service here. I will be back :)”
“I believe because of some of the nut heads we cannot blame this place it was great the owners are nice and always helps u out. Just because they were old and have husk tone people always misunderstood them considering them rude but not really like I was going there for years and still they are always nice. Just watch out for some anger headed person like someone who never visited this place gives a negative review just for satisfaction of his mind.”

“Small place, get I early. Machines need the detergent dispenser washed more frequently, it's disgusting. Also clean out the machines themselves so they don't cause stains. Get better chairs. But overall a good place, some slight improvements would make it a sweet little spot.”

“Laundromat was clean and well lit. Has wifi (didn't use) and there is a convenience store in the same lot so you can grab a drink or snack while you wait. I will say, something got on my clothes in the washer. Not sure what, but it left tacky gummy residue on a bunch of my clothing. Very frustrated about that.”
“I used the Prowash on Sunday, 8/15 and would like to express my experience by saying that if wasn't for the very nice blond woman that works there, I would never come back. She was very friendly and assisted me from beginning to end. Most of their machines are not working and they don't hang signs about it. First of all, they should fix their machines period. But like I said, I only gave 4 stars because of this very nice lady. Don't know her name but she only works on Sundays. Prowash should value their employees and fix their machines. The employees are the first line and they are the ones hearing all the complaints. That's just not fair to them.”
