Had a pleasant time getting done what was needed. Also looked into possibly a new plan but my currently plan was still the better option. One of the employees also put Bluey on the TV so my daughter could watch it while we finished up our business. The Rep was extremely knowledgeable & answered all of my questions. I had many of them. I am very grateful that she was able to complete everything in such a timely fashion.
