“I got my nose pierced and that same day the internally threaded bead fell off. I had to go to Spencer's to replace the bead and these humans went above and beyond to help me. From holding the mirror to searching the cases for a similar bead with a metal that wasn't an allergen to me. This is what customer service is all about. Thank you all for the stellar service. I also appreciate that they gave me back my phone before they closed, I left it in the store while trying to rethread my septum piercing lol. You all are great!”

“Do not sleep on this store, the plus size section has so much to offer than what it looks like at first glance. At first I thought I wasn't going to find anything but thanks to Alivia & Najy I found everything I was looking for and more. Was also expecting to break the bank but there was a sale so everything was super cheap...like 5$ denim skirt cheap...ladies RUN do not walk to get your next outfit! Thank you so much Alivia & Najy for your thorough explanation and top notch customer service. I can tell that you guys know the store very well and have a genuine passion for helping others. Will deff be back again!”

When I got there the price was different in the store than it was online. She honored the online price for me and my daughter got so many compliments on her gorgeous dress!
