“Staff is really nice. My girlfriend is who’s autistic purchased a dress from there and they were really considerate and polite to her. Hot Topic has always been one of my go to stores at the mall and I will continue to keep going there forever.”

Worst part of mall is the overwhelming smell of skunkweed pot that'll choke ya and the ongoing paving project. Fortunately the paving will be fixed the horrible smell of skunkweed is a Holyoke feature each time i drive thru it”

“I’ve been going to Young for a few years, she is really, really good. If you have never been to the salon before I recommend making an appointment with her. She is a master stylist there, so the highest level. She is super friendly and she also educated to you if you’re curious about that kind of thing… She always happily answers any questions I have. I have never had a stylist that I returned to until I found young. I am in my early 30s if that’s important to you

“I’ve been shopping at Express for a very long time, it’s my go to store, what makes it part of my favorite store is the fabulous girls at the Holyoke location, they make me feel like a rockstar! I’ve been to many other Express locations and not only is the store clean but first and foremost the staff is the friendliest, goes above and beyond showing new arrivals, and very professional.”
“I give Rainbow Shops all the stars!! To be transparent, I mostly do my shopping on their online platform (the selection is much broader and I can take my sweet time). I do however pick up my items in-store (no shipping costs!) The staff is friendly, personable and the store is always clean. Regardless of how you shop, Rainbow's selection and prices are phenomenal! I couldn't be happier with my latest purchases and my wallet thanks you!”
