“Awesome friendly and super helpful staff! I even had help finding my favorite TADC character in a blind box and it made my year pretty much. I wish they had 3X in store but otherwise I'd recommend this location to anyone wanting to collect their niche interests.”

“I just wanted to share how much I appreciated the woman working in the Beauty Department (makeup and fragrance)on Monday around 11:00 a.m. My daughter only remembers that her name may have started with the letter “T.” She was absolutely wonderful with my daughter and made our visit so special. You don’t always find that kind of kindness and patience in big department stores, so it really stood out. Great job on this hire, JCPenney! I will definitely be coming back—and maybe even for a little mommy makeover next time! If there’s any way to find out her name, I’d love to know so I can come back when she’s there.

“I give Rainbow Shops all the stars!! To be transparent, I mostly do my shopping on their online platform (the selection is much broader and I can take my sweet time). I do however pick up my items in-store (no shipping costs!) The staff is friendly, personable and the store is always clean. Regardless of how you shop, Rainbow's selection and prices are phenomenal! I couldn't be happier with my latest purchases and my wallet thanks you!”

Attentive and enthusiastic she patiently answered my questions and helped show me several different options to suit my needs. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured during my time at the store which I appreciated since I took the time out of my busy work day to stop by on my lunch break for a fitting. All in all she’s the perfect embodiment of the core values of this company and should be recognized as such.
