“I just wanted to give a shout out to Robin (I apologize if I spelled her name wrong). She went above and beyond to help me find a dress that I really had my heart set on (unfortunately it was out of stock), but she made sure to check all her resources to try and find it. It would’ve been so easy to just check one source and give up, but she kept looking. She then helped me find another dress that I ended up loving even more than the original. And when someone returned the original dress, she immediately let me know and I tried it on, but it turned out I liked the other dress more. Thank you Robin for all your hard work today. You made this girl’s crazy day a little bit brighter!”

“One of the best selections for a Hot Topic. They are usually stocked with most sizes for the things they have, which makes shopping here a very awesome experience. Organized, (like most Hot Topics) and overall a recommended visit. They had some shirts I hadn’t seen before which is a plus.”

“Pros: They have so many great clothing options to choose from, they are always having really good sales.Cons: They sell clothes mostly for slimmer females i don't recommend this store for thicker curvier girls such as myself. I'd prefer Rue 21 if your a thicker girl looking for great clothing!”

“I was shopping in the store for a suit. I was not able to find my size. I was exiting the store when an employee MJ asked if she could help me.I told her what I was looking for and within seconds MJ had a suit to fit me. Because of MJ I purchased a suit, a belt, socks and a shirt. I believe in the magic of Macy's and their outstanding employees. MJ Thank you!”

“Honestly one of the best Rainbow stores around. It is very clean and spacious. The clothes are organized and very easy to look at. Their customer service was OKAY. No one would ask you if you need any help but yet no one is rude if you ask for help. Over all I would recommend it for fairly priced clothes.”
