Super disappointed with retail team at this location. My boyfriend was signed up to a subscription unknowingly and it ended up being connected to my card. Not only did we NOT sign up or consent to being signed up for a subscription but my partners name was spelt wrong so when I had to go through the process of unsubscribing it was extremely difficult because they couldn’t find the membership. The cashier at the time did not mention this what so ever. Asked for an email for notifications and rewards but never mentioned subscriptions or services. The manager who answered the phone told me she was sorry & that was it. Thankfully I was able to resolve it myself by contacting customer service. Do better, be transparent at the register.

just dissapointed.. went to buy a vinyl less than 24 hours ago which , firstly, was overpriced because i found one for $20 less on amazon.. but its not good quality and they wont let me exchange it because i didnt make an account with them. would suggest going somewhere else for vinyls but havent bought anything else from the store to speak on.

Came here to check out the kpop albums and merch. They had lots of older kpop albums, which was what I was looking for since I usually get my albums at target or Walmart. But target and Walmart always have the newest albums from kpop groups. But this store had lots of old ones and lots of merch. And they play kpop songs in the store. If your a kpop fan, definitely come here.

They SCAMMED my sister into signing up for the rewards program without disclosing to her that she would be charged 11.99 every month (so $150 a year only to receive a 10% discount). Who shops here enough that it would make sense?! In no way did they verbally or in writing tell her that she would be charged for this rewards program. Luckily she saw it on her bank statement a month later but now she’s unable to cancel the rewards or get refunded in store. Thousands of people online have experienced this same thing where they unknowingly have been charged for months on end and it’s nearly impossible to cancel it. DONT SHOP HERE THEY WILL SCAM YOU. AND ESPECIALLY DONT USE A CREDIT CARD HERE. I am never one to write a review but do better.

Good selection of items but the employees pressure you to join their rewards club without telling you it costs $12/mo. That needs to be upfront.

I hate for this to be my first 1 star review but if 0 stars was an option I would pick that. The 1 but very very overwhelming thing that is weighing this review down to it's lowest is the disgusting smell. At first I thought that there was something wrong with the pipes and that it doesn't always smell like this but boy was I wrong, it is constant and always there and smells terrible but when I went last friday it caught me off guard as soon as I stepped foot into the store and I immediately left. The smell was so utterly horrible and everytime I go there nothing is different and I feel like the smell is more prominent. Honestly I feel bad for the workers that have to work in that hot and stench filled room.Recommendation: Please just fix the smell and my review would be a 5.
