Macy's was very good it was very clean the attendants were very nice maybe a little too pushy but they were very nice and the store was stocked very highly

Mother's day I spent a lot of money on a Chanel perfume for a gift and they didn't have a Chanel bag for the perfume !!!! REALLY ON MOTHER'S DAY NO BAG. I don't think everyone is running out for Chanel that there was not a Bag it was unfortunate that I even had to go to Macy's for it in the First place but it is a lesson I learned

I shopped on line 1st to find the clothes I wanted. Macy's had good prices & selection in stock. I checked by phone before I went & the clerk was very helpful.

Overpriced cheap clothes.
Registers were staffed but employees kept sending us to the next one, walked in a big circle around the store before getting to a register that would check us out.
